    OMG, this is some delicious stuff! I made this oil yesterday, and it came out great. I added more oil, garlic, cinnamon, star anise, and bay leaves to suit my taste, and I loved it in my homemade Pho. Thanks for posting this. 8 - D
    OAN- this only thing about this process was that one must be careful about inhaling the invisible red pepper dust when lifting the cover off the grinder. I nearly coughed myself to death. X - O
    Otherwise, like I said- great stuff!

    May you could add some sezchuan-pepper, and do the pour over in three steps, like mentioned in traditional chili-oil recipes mentioned. I heard: one for the taste, one for the colour, and the last I don't know anymore.

    Thank you. Amazing. Simple and easy. Can’t wait to try it. Can I ask some questions? Can I make it the same way but using fresh chilies? What oil can I use? Peanut oil ok? Olive oil? Instead of the sesame seeds, can I add a drizzle of sesame oil at the end?

    • @CookingADream
      @CookingADream  3 роки тому +3

      you have to use dry chilli, any flavourless cooking oil, sesame oil smells different than sesame seeds but if you like you can add of skip sesame seeds up to you.
