      Hi, please watch the video again about how hot your milk has to be and squeeze some lemon juice in it before adding the lemon slices. It will form yogurt if you are using the right milk too - dairy. Hope this helps.

      Lemons are high in pectin (a fibre) and they do contain prebiotics which feed on our gut bugs thus helping to promote a healthy gut bacteria growth. Welcome, thanks for watching.🙏🙏

    Can be use it to coconut milk to make a starter and use it again to coconut milk to make a batch of yogurt?

    • @JoMinta_Official
      @JoMinta_Official  3 місяці тому +1

      You’d have to try that and see. What I know is making normal yogurt out of plant milks, doesn’t make them thicker.
      The smell will let you know if it has fermented. So try it out and let us know how it went.

      Hello, are you making a lot out of one lemon? I would say make just a little like I did and squeeze some lemon juice into the milk.(whole milk) After you make the yogurt, watch how I make a big batch here: ua-cam.com/video/s6-EJWoBJyw/v-deo.htmlsi=UMKL7p2uLBDGXKy6

    • @JoMinta_Official
      @JoMinta_Official  9 місяців тому

      Make a small batch and use this starter to make a bigger batch. The starter wasn’t sour at all just slightly lemony.

    Mine came out running it wasn't thick
    Can i use it?
    What's the cause of it running

    • @JoMinta_Official
      @JoMinta_Official  6 місяців тому

      Maybe your milk wasn’t warm enough and also where you put it has to be at the right temperature to get the thickness.
      My yogurt usually becomes runny when I use goat milk and plant based milk.
      I can’t say you should use it since I don’t know the conditions under which it was made.
      I hope it turns out right the next time you try it.

      Cover it with a thick clean new cloth that retains heat then put it somewhere warm.
