    Hello Mr. Jolicoeur, thank you for all your informative videos!
    All my existing service connected disabilities are static, currently at 92% , no future exams; BUT it does not say permanent and total.
    If I am awarded the claims I am going for now(working on heart conditions as well) and hit 100% and they are awarded (as the others have been) static no futures, why would it not say permanent and total on my award letter?
    Can you shed some light please as to how a veteran with 92% and hopefully soon to be 100% that is static with no futures is not listed as permanent and total?
    I am 61 years old as well.

      This is a great question. The short explanation is the VA never really directly tells a veteran they are “permanent and total.” If you have a 92% evaluation with no future exams, then your evaluation would be static/permanent (just not total…yet).
