That really made a difference! I haven't lowered my car because I'm pretty ok with spacers and the fact that the F80's have a pretty tucked rear end already.
Dang bro...spacers really transformed the stance (especially the back set-up) totally flush with the wide arches. 👍🏽 I totally agree with you...car is begging to be lowered to complete the look. Can't wait to see which suspension option you're going to settle for (bags or coil overs) but either way, I know it's gonna look sick! 🤙🏽
I have the DeWALT DCF911B. It’s a smaller one so not as powerful as the others but if you pair it up with a PowerStack battery it should get the job done especially if the lug nuts are only torque to spec. I was able to get the drill, PowerStack battery & charger on sale for $100 .
Spacers FTW! Even though it’s an aggressive set up it looks fantastic! Milwaukee makes a really good impact gun for a decent price if you haven’t already purchased one by now lol
The spacers feel a bit too aggressive to me, I guess I like a slight tuck with less aggressive spacers. Are you still getting vibrations out of them? Nothing wrong with not using an impact to remove wheels lol, but I would suggest since you do have a breaker bar, get a 1/2in ratchet too since its quicker than using the breaker bar to remove the wheels. For a good budget ratchet, harbor freight as a decent extendable ratchet that is actually fairly solid. On the impact, if you plan on going with a brand, one thing others have told me was to buy into the system, that uses the same batteries/charger so if you need a drill or another power tool for home projects, you won't be rumaging multiple different standards and can stick with one. I think Milwaukee is popular due to that. I'm still pondering which to get. (I have a wired impact, and unless I really need to use it, I just take things apart the old fashion way because it is too cumbersome to use)
Currently no vibrations at all on any speeds which is reassuring. Yeah the impact will make swaping wheels a bit easier starting this winter lol #NewWheels. All solid tips to look at when selecting which impact. Thanks 🙏🏻
@@TheDailyDriven If you have a drill already you can add a socket attachment to it to remove the lug bolts. While it may not be powerful enough to break the lug bolts loose, but it should speed things up after you've broken them loose. Curious what route you'll go with the suspension. The natural camber should help, not sure how much up front since it has struts, planning on adding camber plates again? With BMW's switch to 5x112, that does open a lot of options with selection.
Great video, can you show what you did to the fender liner as I am about to go with the same setup? I was think about using a heat gun and a 2x4 to reshape the liner.
There a ton of cars running spacers out there. I haven't heard much about that. Gotta enjoy the car the way you want it at the end of the day. Things will wear and break. It's all apart of the mod game.
Any wheel bearing issues after several thousand miles? I have Future Classic 15mm in front and 12mm in rear. About 7k miles on them now and I am hearing a rhythmic pattern coming from the front. Wondering if it's the bearings and if it's because of the spacers. I have no other mods.
@@CarsWithKeav Meeen that scared the hell outta me. Glad you guys are safe. I have spacers for my G80 23 for almost 2 weeks now right under my office desk, for some reason I have been reluctant to pull the trigger to install. Watching your video, these spacers are just going to gather dust or I sell it. No spacers for me, am not in the mood to find out.
Looks 1000x better. Curious how a squared setup would look vs the 18mm in the front. Begging to be lowered now though! PS do you have the link for the socket wrenches and jacking puck?
Looks pretty flush with the 18mm in the front. With the Pirelli, anything above 12mm rubs. I ended up shaving off the fenderliner. Here's the links : amzn.to/3rZBBOo amzn.to/3T5c7em
I’m not gunna lie love your videos but I feel like it’s too long and monotone but no hate just something to thinking about I truly mess with it the vids ❤

I got mine from wheel spacer store. Definitely makes a big difference in improving the stance.
That really made a difference! I haven't lowered my car because I'm pretty ok with spacers and the fact that the F80's have a pretty tucked rear end already.
Yeah I was pretty happy with it after I threw them on. I can't wait to lower it lol
that is the best spacer setup i have ever saw on BMW M3!!!! thats clean bro
I just can't wait to lower it lol!
@@TheDailyDriven yh it will look so good
Adding spacers makes the wheel gap a little bit better/more acceptable. With just a small drop it will look awesome.
Yeah I can't wait for the drop.

Thank you ! It's definitely begging to be lowered. I can't wait.
Love to see my boy working on his own car in his own garage! That’s what it’s all about 🔥💪🏽! Spacer setup looks fuego bro
Just needs a bunch of low now ! Lol. That stock ride height 🤢

Thanks for the suggestion 👍🏻. Yeah it's mainly to take wheels on and off. I'll torque the wheels after with a torque wrench 🔧

I DEFINITELY have not purchased one yet hahaha

Ya I see a bit of poke, I'd go a few mm less! My preference!

I'll see how it looks when I drop it. Hopefully the natural camber when lowering it makes it all very flush

Yeah I'm definitely going to have to Showcase that, when I do the wheel install video. That's the next time I'm taking the wheels off
Why didn’t you get a Michelin 4s yet? I figure that’s the first mod you will do
Didn't want to waste a set of brand new tires. Plus new wheels coming this winter.
I got lucky that mine came w/ the Michelin’s
Thinking of running spacers, but just worried about increase wheel bearings wear

Spacers on my 2015 m4 convertible forever, 80k miles now, no issues. Stage 2 catless 100% e85 tune. I floor my car everyday.😁😁
💯🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
When is the awe switchpath box going on car would like to here that sound the f30 sounded sick with that setup
Hopefully sometime in the near future 🤞🏻
The best setup when you have Pirelli's is to burn them off and get Michelin's !! Nice car sir!
This dude don’t skip leg day
🤘🏻🤘🏻💯
Did you use stock studs or extended?
Not bad at all bru looks way better like the fishing rods do a bit of fishing myself here in south africa
Yes sir. It's been a while since I ve fished but yeah it's fun 👍🏻🤘🏻

After what happened to me I am afraid of spacers. LOL
Let us in on the story.
@@jahudini ua-cam.com/video/GofmdfHbW40/v-deo.html My wheel came off doing 70mph+

Love how you casually suggested torqueing the wheels. You HAVE to torque the wheels lol.
💯
random question. What is up with your garage door? It looks like it has super heavy duty reinforcement. Is that hurricane related?
Yes, newer homes in Florida have hurricane impact specifications
Nice.
Waiting on my 25 g80. Build starts tomorrow. Hoping i get it mid January. Watching every g80 video i can find. I like your car and channel.

after space on it , Do you need a four-wheel alignment?
No you don't need to do an alignment. But if you lowered the car then yes.
What, and how much did you trim in the front fender liner?
You'll see how much in this video

Nice video, are the wheels all black or bi-Colour?
Thank you. They are bi-color
@@TheDailyDriven thx!
I think it's a bit too much poke. I'd back it off by 3mm each corner, especially if you're gonna go lower.
I'm going to wait till I actually lower it. I've seen some setups on the forums and it's spot on

No worries. Not all my videos will be for you or others but it will resonate with the ones in between. Appreciate you checking out the channel
U miss the f80 don't you? Still waiting for the video bro
Surprisingly no. I do wish I could have kept both but the house was priority.
Less you , more BMW please. I feel the content is centered around you instead of the car and the mods . Not just this video.
