Great stream and the community was fantastic.
    Thanks for this one!

I bought one for my studio, no live gigging. I wanted something I could easily sit down in front of, hit a button, and start making new melodies.
It's absolutely PERFECT for that, seeing as it has so MANY nice presets. It's also extremely easy to save new presets and favorites, so you can adjust the macro knobs to your liking, then save that in a spot that's ridiculously easy to access again.

I have the V Collection 9 and I love it, and I'm not the target audience for a two thousand dollar keyboard, but I think this is a great product for the right use case - the right use case being someone who doesn't want to gig with a laptop.

If I didn’t have Analog Lab V, V Collection 9 and the original Black Keylab 61, this might be a get for me. Its a sexy board!

I really do think that purchasing this keyboard and investing in the brand, should qualify you for some kind of discount on the software. Even 10% would be something back from the manufacturer to say “thanks”

Would love to get my hands on one, it looks beautiful and the immediacy of the workflow seems fit for purpose. The link I saw to the Bluetooth specs mentioned 61 and 88 key versions but the thread seems to have vanished from Gearspace, hopefully there will be a pro version for better players than me. The polyphony restrictions seem entirely reasonable, Pigments absolutely spanks my CPU. Cheers for bringing the DX1 to Synth East, I'm not sure I would be brave enough to let the public loose on it! It was great to meet you hopefully see you there next year

It would be nice to see the Touche thingy from the 'brute on the pro version. And MPE. And a ribbon controller. And... etc.

Given that the AstroLab currently shows up as 'AstroLab 61' within Analog Lab Pro, it would certainly seem as if Arturia plan on other versions. 76 and 88 keys would make sense, and one would assume the latter would have a fully weighted action.
Re: the DX1, you are more than welcome. There is an element of courage bringing such a thing out and about, but our ethos is to enable people to get hands on with classic instruments that they may not have had the chance to. We've done it with the DX1 and the Fairlight CMI and will continue to do so wherever possible 🙂

@@ben1210 The Morphee, to give it its correct name, is a really nice tool for expression but I wonder if building its functionality into a keyboard with multiple synth engines might be too much for the current processing power within AstroLab. The Morphee actually facilitates true parameter morphing on the PolyBrute. That's pretty straight forward on an analog synth, but to be able to morph between two distinct synthesis engines could be quite a feat! 😉 Nice idea, and who know, one day... 🙂
Any tool that encourages expression on a keyboard gets a thumbs up from me! 👍

Add a Morphee and put Polybrute patches in there and then you're talking! 😎

MiniFreak V is included in V Collection X. They probably haven't updated Analog Lab to include it, but I haven't needed to fire up Analog Lab for some obvious reasons, according to the last pub...

AstroLab supports V Collection 9 at launch. Support for V Collection X, and therefore MiniFreak V, will be rolled out soon.

@@ProSynthNetwork Gotcha. Now, we just need the mini-key version, AstroFreak.

Does it retain your "liked" sounds from Analog Lab?

Yes, absolutely. There is a specific category on the Home Screen for Liked Presets 🙂

Only Astrolab Vocoder patches are working with mic in, the ones in Vocoder V doesn't work

This is so obviously not for me :)
Reason nr 1 being money, nr 2 I am not a gigging keyboardist.
But this is kind of getting the best sounds from all sorts of synths.
For 1599€ I did expect polyAT, though. And a few more controls. More knobage :) for the true sausage fest synths need to be as opposed to ironing imaginary shirts with a mouse.

Said this in other places. I still don’t get this keyboard. A players keyboard I hear for those who want the Arturia sound. But these people already own V Collection and a controller and the rest will buy a Roland, Yamaha or Korg. If you want fully editing then add another £450+ quid.

Plus I don’t believe pigments is part of V Collection - so if you are big on Pigments + mpe into for you.
