Uganda - More like Ugh!-anda

Uganda has Submarine Surveillance. There. We got that out of the way early. It has an ASW tool that you will use occasionally at best. The range means if you are close enough to use it, you are often about to be sunk. But it has it. Everything else about this ship is middle of the road, at best. And the weapon systems are near, or at (torpedoes) the bottom of the pack when compared to other cruisers of the same tier. This is a ship to use your Free XP to pass right over, imo. Ha that's how I feel about Vasteras, total yuk! Bad when top tier, Horrible in same tier, and Catastrophic when out tiered. You did a good job of doing what you can though! GG
