Furina story spoilers (I’ll do my best to make it not spoil any archon quest and only her story)
Basically, she used to view all of the people as studio lights because she used to act a lot in plays and she’d feel pressured to have to be perfect and not break character every time. So she doesnt like studio lights and directs movies now!
honestly archon quests starting Sumeru get really long and really draining, it's up to you if you want to post it but imo it's better to stream it. Generally Sumeru content is really good from the start but progressively gets repetitive and tiring, that's why with Fontaine release there was a big hype again. But as you are coming back to genshin I think it's a good idea to start with Sumeru since it's full of content and a good challenge
i'm thinking of streaming the content and making highlights ! i think it would be interesting for ppl to see and not everyone can make it to a stream

the fact that you're more chill thanks to coming from different game spectrum makes it that much more interesting and fun to watch. you have completely different mindset and yeaa I love to see it. you don't get too technical you get more like adventurous vibe to the video style that you make. I love that!! And yeaa Nahida is pretty broken; she's great!!! Mixing dendro + hydro+ electro or dendro+ electro with nahida is really good. But yeaa don't get too technical , just enjoyyy the game the way you did until now coz that is the best mindset!! Also I think making videos such as these is better than livestreams because it's more condensed and at least while I would personally love to watch your stream I have limited time to spare so videos are great format for that kinda thing. But yeaa whatever you do focus on having fun and focus on adventure approach to gameplay.

I know I'm being repetitive, but you have some great editing! And it'd be cool to see your reaction to the archon quests and/or world quests in a future video (at your own pace of course, there's a lot of new stuff). My personal rankings would be Fontaine World Quests > Fontaine Archon Quests = Sumeru Archon Quests (with Sumeru World Quests varying a lot in how much I liked them).

Sumeru archon quest is really interesting for me. i love seeing other people's reaction
Sumeru is easily my favourite region. The best map combined with the second best archon quest. The only downside to Sumeru is that some map parts are world quest locked.
I also don't know if anyone told you, but you technically missed two statues. One in Vanarana and the other in Old Vanarana, but at least one of those is locked behind a quest, I don't know if both are. They are both invisible on the map until you unlock them.

Sumeru, especially the desert, is my favorite area!
I personally don't like livestreams, but I think the best thing to do is stream then upload edited videos of your stream on UA-cam. That takes a lot more work tho so do whatever you prefer.
this vid was kinda fun as I also bailed at the Chasm and returned for Fontaine during Wriothesley's banner. Cleaned out the entire world since, grabbed a c2 Furina with the spoils and am now back in the swing. Also a Raiden/Eula team enjoyer.
Welcome back, i hope hou have fun. Are you aware you can dive in Fontaine? Around half the map there is underwater.
Also, Sumeru is great. The archon quest is fantastic, the characters are cool and the areas have some really good exploration with different gimmicks. You have the underground map now, so you will have an easier time exploring the desert, which was a point of frustration for many players pre-4.0. Plus the latter patches were a lot of filler and desert expansions, so some found it to be repetitive. But you won't really have that problem because you can just pick and choose now what to explore and take a break from the sand. The exploration is also partially lokced behind several big and loooong world quest chains, so do them first.
Fontaine's archon quest is like watching a movie!!!

Sumeru’s my fave region! I started playing because I love the cast of that region as it really felt like they’re just ordinary people living their ordinary lives coming together to save their imprisoned archon.
I also love exploring it. The puzzles are easy to figure out while the world quests like Aranara and Golden Slumber are so interesting. I’m one of the minority though cause lots of players hate the region lol

The Sumeru Archon quest revived my Genshin Passion, I never played for the story before, but now i would play just for the story. I still like the other parts but the story is so good rn.

The community definitely needs a newer Genshin cc for the scene with everything going on. These last 2 videos have been awesome and I personally love watching someone experience stuff in the game for the first time. I think posting the archon quests would be cool to see your reactions to everything (especially for Fontaine, hands down the best archon quest so far). I am definitely a dedicated viewer now. Keep grinding and can’t wait to see more!

I loved the rainforest in Sumeru but the desert was a bit of a slog for me

both sumeru is a big step-up in terms of story, and imo i like the new exploration mechanics a lot too. The major thing that i see people talking about why they don't like sumeru is is that a lot of loot is locked behind doing long, dialogue heavy quests. As well as having 3 desert expansions in a row, leading to a feeling of exhaustion for some. Though personally i do not mind both these things that much, so i still like sumeru very much

First of all, great content
Second, Hyperbloom isn't just Dendro + Hydro, It's Dendro + Hydro then you add Electro afterwards. Just Dendro + Hydro makes Bloom and adding either Pyro or Electro to that makes Hyperbloom/Burgeon. Nahida got released in 3.2 and she's actually getting a rerun in 4.4 which is next patch. For Hyperbloom teams it's generally something along the lines of Nahida/Kuki/Xingqiu or Yelan and then the last spot can be a healer/sheilder.
Also, the lantern rite is coming next patch which is very soon so if you do decide to do the archon quests i'd also like it if you can find time to do the lantern rite as well since, (in my opinion) last year's was the best so far so I'm hoping this one will also be great

If you’re confused, Sumeru quest is amazing, and the Jungle is great. People hate Sumeru because the desert is very side-non voiced quest locked and it’s one of the longest quests in the game which is really annoying (to most at least). Also there’s a lot more desert than jungle that just kept releasing back to back when Sumeru was still in development so it left a bad taste in people’s mouths.
TLDR: they don’t hate Sumeru, they hate the desert IN Sumeru.

There is another statue in Sumeru, you cant see on the map you can activate that by doing task with character named "Rana" XD

i came back after chasm too and it took hours to complete sumeru archon quest and dialogues were long and boring. It was brutal

I've started playing Genshin since 2.0 and stopped at 2.1 and returned in 4.2
So I missed so many events going on.

The Sumeru archon quests are super long so i think maybe a video will be better bc people may lose attention for a few minutes but still want to watch you play the whole thing so i think making a video would be best in my opinion

videos are more flexible i think because livestreams can be a barrier to some viewers when it comes to time zones :(

To the twitch and UA-cam videos thing I’m more of a UA-cam video watcher not stream so I’d love videos but of course you could do both (but yet again you’d have to work twice as hard I think)
Sumeru is a bit repetitive so I would recommend to not try to rush through, but Fontaine is probably the best story quest so far.

tbh sumeru is the worst region to me. exploration was a huge pain for me and the archon quest being sooo long and so boring made me want to quit genshin😭
