Exactly. I mean I dont have 12 hours to prep meals. I just want quick and easy preps with some convenience food is ok. I mean I do make the majority homemade. But, I just dont have days to spend or even want to prep for that long lol.

Yes 🙌 My kids always want crackers, cheese and pepperoni with fruit or a pb&j 🤷♀️ I haven’t tried anything else because that’s what I know they will eat 😂

Some great ideas! My son is in Kindergarten this year and he's a really picky eater. Some days we pack his lunch and others I have him eat at school if I think it's something he might like. Hoping if he eats more at school he'll start trying more things

I'm an older sister (in highschool) and my siblings are both in elementary. My parents are getting us lunch boxes and this video has been pretty helpful since I wanted to make the lunches myself! Making food for "my kids" (my younger siblings) is gonna be a little difficult but I'll try my best 😸

I’m gonna have to let my mother know she dropped the ball on my school lunches in the 80’s and 90’s lol. We got a sandwich, a popper (juicebox) maybe a piece of whole fruit and if we were lucky a muesli (granola) bar. I’m packing my bag and moving in with your family just for your lunches and dinner.
I make my 5 year old breakfast before the bus, he gets to school and eats school breakfast, then I make him a lunch sized snack, then an hour later he eats the school lunch, then comes home and has a snack, dinner, and dessert. He is SO high energy, I swear he burns calories with just his brain power. I'm not looking forward to teen years 😬

I'm in a similar boat except after that afternoon snack, my toddler is too tired and normally barely eats dinner. I know it's normal and fine, but man putting him to bed after he only eats a little is ROUGH on my mama heart. Wishing you success feeding your son for a long life

Good ideas! I hate getting stuck in a rut for kids lunches. I have 2 teenagers in public school and one homeschooled so it gives me some good ideas. I need to get some thermoses!
I do my peanut butter sandwiches the same way and we love the great value brand chicken noodle soup too.
One of my guilty pleasures in life is a good ole corn dog! My fiancé and I made those corn dog muffins for an appetizer dinner night and they were absolutely delish! Thanks for the idea 💕 love all your videos!

I did not see any vegetables or greens! How about baby carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, cherry tomatoes, veggie straws, etc...
They will not eat them, it would just go to waste.

I've carried this on through the years. Something my grand mother did for us kids.
She mixed the peanut butter together with the jelly... it turns it purple. Thats how we knew it was mixed correctly. It keeps the bread from getting soggy, as well as it helped for me cause I do not like the texture of jelly. My grandmas pb&j is the only way I can eat them...

My mum used to put PB on both sides too bc it keeps the bread from being soggy if it’s in your lunchbox for awhile :)

I like to put nuggets in my kids thermos for lunch. You prime it just like normal but then put a folded up paper towel in the bottom to soak up any moisture and then put the hot nuggets right on top of the paper towel before sealing it up. They stay warm and don’t get soggy.

Halloween is my favorite holiday! I have more Halloween decor than Christmas! I also get to decorate the entry shack at our nearby Camp ground where my hubby works for the summers.

I have watched about three lunch videos since I’ve started fixing my kids lunch. So far yours is my favorite. I also coincidentally mentioned to a friend yesterday that I got my kids backpacks and lunch box’s from pottery barns and I’m going to get the hot/cold containers too since they are on sale. I told her they are pricey but seems to last a long time 😁.I will be trying the corn dog recipe with my own cornbread. Thanks!

You can use a wide mouth jar funnel to help put your hot food in the thermoses! I've got to try my kids on the great value soups.

😂 Your son's lunchbox was the story of my life with mine. I'd pack what I thought was a great lunch and it'd mostly come back uneaten. As soon as he could get hot lunch he asked me to stop packing them.

I have seen people when they pack things like the spaghetti Os in the lunch box they use a piece of press and seal to try and keep things contained thought it was a pretty cool idea 💕🥰
