You could go for Archetype Only Accounts, for eg, Follow-Up Attack Only (Feixiao, Jing Yuan, Moze, Lingsha, Topaz, etc), Ultimate Only (Acheron, Gallhager, Argenti, Destruction TB, Robin, etc), Basic Attack Only (Dan Heng IL, Gallhager, Fugue, Qingque, Blade, etc), Break Only (Firefly, Lingsha, Gallhager, Ruan Mei, Fugue, Xueyi, Boothill, etc), etc. It would be fun, and less taxing on you since it allows you to use Supports as well as Healers, and it'll be something original and fun...
You should pull her E1 and E2 for more chances of survival. When your Nihility breaks enemies faster, and Welt or Tingyun can extend it then you can take less damage. Also, if you can get Acheron eidololons she can brute force content. Would make her team survive better if she can kill enemies faster.

I think e2 acheron isn't necessary for an only nihility account there's better eidolons that you can get like e1 blackswan even e2 jiaoqiu would be better than e2 acheron in your case just because you don't have access to ruan mei or robin for dot comps
