I imagine they leveled the Gepard LC in preparation for an eventual Wind Preservation unit, I mean it’s practically a free 5-star LC that they don’t need to save or pull for

i've been saying!!! i've always wondered if you can clear hsr with only one element. with the addition of characters that can implant weaknesses, it's been definitely easier.
iirc now only ice doesn't have a character for inflicting weaknesses or shearing/ignoring it RIP ice meta at least gepard is a good sustain if you get him + freeze might be helpful if you get effect hit rate high enough
I know it's been said but lvl 60 the warps you get for leveling and the few characters with relics are probably alternate sets to one of the wind characters so they can switch to that set easier. I do that on my physical only account :)
Hey Ik u prob don’t do genshin anymore but a bit back when u did the Mondstadt only acc u inspired me to create something similar, where i can only use Mondstadt characters so maybe once i get more progress on the acc if ur interested u can check it out. Though in hindsight its on a Game Center acc so it might be a little restricted to just characters and builds but it could still be fun :)

March 7th can technically be a wind, with her shifu skill, when she's hunt
sparkle's banner had sampo on it so that's probably how they got her
The wind set does FUA a wind only account wouldn’t have completed FUA team so he went for two piece for the ATK percentage

Blade seems like one of the best characters for this especially at high vertical investment where you can get him to solo content
