They had deficiency, so this is they relaxation of regulation.

The video shows that at least 2 are allowed. I doubt that 3 are allowed tho.
Up to 2. They can volley (0 bounce), hit like a non handicapped player (1 bounce) or wait for a 2nd bounce since the rallies would be too short (2 bounces), but 3 bounces is a loss
