I think so, if you look here ua-cam.com/video/8wxejmeAKwI/v-deo.html it looks like they are repeating the removal of the shock on the opposite side. I'm going to assume that you do need to lower both sides and put the whole back on stands

Hi autodoc lower shock absorber bolt is 130nm not 85nm I’ve checked the manual thanks

Do you need to unbolt both shocks or just one to replace one spring?

I have seen one You Tube video where just one shock was unbolted so I'm going to try this first.
