How do you do with the shock absorbers. I'm replacing my front springs on my Zafira right now but the shock absorbers are placing themself in the middle. Should they do that? I'm can figure out how to compress the springs that much.... A friends from work says that this is common on MB, and that he had to go to a mecanics for this....

These vids are great, iv"e changed my zafira control arms and front struts etc by watching these video"s. I think i have a problem now with subframe bushings, Would like to ask can these be replaced with just subfram slackened off and not removed! Thanks
