    Love it. I've seen many different centers for flower wreath tutorials on UA-cam, this is the best by far! I would even like to try a flower with a a different complementing colors, maybe browns and tans, in the center of a yellow and orange sunflower. Thank you for the way you describe and explain your crafts! Best tutorials on UA-cam by far! So glad I have found your Channel!🌻

    Loved, loved, loved this tutorial.. I am trying my first wreath as we speak.. of course I should have watched the tutorials first because now I see I have to do the center first... Oh well.. live and learn.. I do have one question... How do you neaten up the back side of the wreath? or do you just leave it as is?

    • @JKatsKreations
      @JKatsKreations  7 років тому

      Viki Siderakis Thank you! It doesn't matter what order you make them in. I had just pre made the center so it was ready to go for the flower part of the tutorials. I use cardboard circles for the back, some people use felt or foam board, etc. Whatever you like 😊

    I love this idea; sometimes thinking of what to do for the sender of a flower wreath is difficult. Do you use low or high temp glue? Also, have you attempted to glue the braid together as you are rolling it into a circle? If so, doesn't that hold it together also? Just wondering. Thanks for the tutorial I really think it is beautiful. I can't wait to try it myself.

    • @JKatsKreations
      @JKatsKreations  7 років тому +1

      yoandjoe I use all temp glue sticks, the glue gun I use is one of those tiny ones with no settings. I have not tried glueing that way. It would probably work if you let the section sit long enough to dry I would think 😊

    Hello! Thank you for posting this tutorial. How long should the deco mesh be for a 12 inch wreath swirl? I tried your formula of 9 inches of mesh for 1 inch of wreath center. The wreath center measured 9 inches so I cut 3 strands of ribbon at 84 inches each. I allowed for a little extra as suggested. However, it was way to short. Please help.

    I don't know if possible? But using a bbqstick or knitting needle to hold your swirl together is mayby an idea to try.

      Gerry Petocz Hi Gerry, you mean before I swirl it? I have no idea, I never measured it lol 😂😂, but now I feel like I should know this! I cut the mesh 56 inches to get a finished swirl of about 6 inches wide. 😃

    Hi... absitively, posolutely awesome of you to think of braiding the center! It was hilarious how you abruptly turned off the video due to your son coming down those stairs. I laughed my CAN off as you said that lil boy would have TAKEN OVER THAT VIDEO! You should have had him hold that braid while you braid.
