The whole point about eating cold noodle in the summer so you don’t have to cook it in the hot kitchen …. But the ironic part is … you still have to boil hot water first than cold water 😂😂😂

Instant hiyashi chuka... wow!!! so interesting! The chicken shio ramen you tried first looks really light. My problem with a lot of ramen is that the fat is high in the broth and it's so heavy. the egg abura soba looks interesting as well :) Great that Frank has started this, especially now with the pandemic. And from what you said what a great idea to have like levels of ramen expert attached to the subscription. makes it even more fun for ramen fans.

Tried the Zenpop ones too, but they're more focused on variety and quantity. I prefer the 5amramen's approach - QUALITY, chosen by a ramen expert. Just a personal preference I guess.

If you get ichiran bowls from Amazon it's just a little cheaper but you don't get the variety.
