For this tutorial, I’ll show you guys how to turn a NodeMCU ESP8266, into a Wi-Fi Jammer/Deauther. Keep in mind this only works on networks that use 2.4G Wi-Fi. This product was send to me by GearBest.

@@proxyhx2075 My esp8266 flashes when I press the flash button but then gets stuck on loading and always fails to flash properly. Do you know how I could fix this? I've installed the drivers many times already and done everything as shown but it doesn't want to flash.

The way to fix the pwned not showing up is by doing all the same steps but change the frequency to 40. It worked for me thanks!
Also, I switched the USB to a different port and it appeared after. A USB 2.0 if you have it.

You will have to change teh Hz from 80 to 40 because 2.4ghz supports 40hz not 80hz.. 80hz is for 5ghz wifi.

Thanks, still works perfectly, didn't try deauth function, but if fake wifi points work, i suppose deauth will too. If anyone got troubles with password, it's ''deauther'' not in caps.

My Node doesn't seem to generate wifi. I can connect but cant go to the IP address in the web address bar because the pwned network isnt generating wifi? Help?

this is not a jammer, jammers are illegal this is a deauther, still own risk
its a jammer xd the term of jamming is to stop hes not getting into wifi so there for jammer learn ur facts before u play minecraft kiddo
@@digitalhackers7039 Actually, spacehuhn (the creator) specifically stated to not call it a wifi jamer, because it's not, so how about you learn YOUR facts first...
Man.. You could "Jam" a network to bring it offline, then create a fake one using the same name so all the devices that were connected to the router you took offline, will auto connect to your fake wifi. Then you could ssh worms/virus/keylogger's onto all there devices connected.. Dangerous stuff here.

that is not in any way how that works. the computer looks for more info than just the said. second, you cant ssh anything to anyone because there isn't any wifi.
you can downloadn some os that run linux preinstalled apps that do that if you have a pc with antenna

Hello tech James, I have performed the download flash and I do see the lower green symbol on the left side, but I do not see the "pwned" on the wifi section. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, congratulations on your construction. I'm doing one of these with a nodemcu, I2C 1306 display and neopixel led and buttons, but the led does not light up and the buttons on the same pins as yours do not respond, I use the spacehuhn deauther code, I cannot make it work, I am not good in code with arduino, could you help me? I already searched Aconfig.h, but I don't know what else to enable there to work. Thanks

Hi so I have accidentaly changed the bin file on how to open it. It opens with some notepad and just shows random numbers. Can you help me restore the way it opens?

It works, but the ESP is super weak. You have to be within a few metres for this to work. A separate USB router and Kali Linux would be more effective.

Hey man great tutorial, once I hit flash the stop button popped up, however nothing was being downloaded to my ESP. The screen kept flashing require (gpio) and require (wifi). Any thoughts?
Under the operation tab: COM Port does it have a choice (ie COM3) if not then...On your computer, go to your device manager and see if you have a PORTS option,click on that to see which com channel you are supposed to use (default I believe is COM 3) if there isn't a PORTS option then you have the wrong USB drivers installed. See, most of these MCUs come UNFLASHED and you won't be able to flash the deauth BIN file without the proper USB drivers and NO Windows will not automatically find it. I had to install Python27 on my system just to get the proper drivers on mine. If you still need help I can find the video I found to set this up. This other info about unplugging and plugging it back in won't matter if you don't have the proper drivers.

What's the difference between 1mb vs 4mb BIN file? Does it affect to more powerful deauthers?

@@normallyashton I'm not sure if you are educated about electronics but the pins are used on a breadboard or just for soldering.
It's mainly used in Arduino projects. It is necessarily used with an Arduino (Nano?) which is the main component of the project, the brains of it.
Using it as a deauther is also possible and it doesn't require the data pins. You can't just snip them off either, I always buy mine off Aliexpress from a seller I know and trust very well and he always ships them with the pins stuck in plastic foam so they won't break/get damaged or stab you.
Just be careful using it in the open and try not to touch the ESP8266 (any sensitive/fragile electronics) with bare hands, an electrostatic discharge can kill it easily. That's why electronic parts you order online always come in antistatic packaging, in blue tinted translucent plastic.

after i start attack. it does not work and the network pwned disappears but my internet that i attack is still working. and the only way im able to get the network to comeback up is to reset the device
you can build a better wifi jammer thats faster, more efficient, lighter, and gives you more options using aircrack-ng or airgeddon lol

dont think so - for that i would recomend you to use kali or parrot os and do it manually in the terminal

I just downloaded some random drivers, intensely googled for a while and jammed some drivers in the a** of the laptop. Gave it a restart and bam a COM port appeared....

I have a very curious problem, I managed to make it work as you showed in the video, also when I do the attack, all my mobile devices within my network are disconnected (it works). But even though the attack is on and all my mobile devices are disconnected, my laptop can still use the internet. Is this because it has more power to connect or something like that?

@@TechJames but it can force a deauth which then can require the WPA handshake to occur when the attack is stoppped and devices reauth. If the handshake is captured that can be cracked - albeit not easily

I bought this recently and I followed all the steps correctly once I plug the device in it comes up as "COM1" and I have no other coms to select and also when I click flash it doesn't even load or give me my mac please help
all you need to do is type COM3

you gotta flash it with the deauthorize firmware, but you gotta use the flash button which is tricky :plug it your computer, press the flash button and hold it down while unplugging the USB, release the button, then press down again while plugging it back.
The beacon attack works here, but the deauther stucks in 20 pkts and doesnt work, i tried with FIVE differents esp 8266, and differents acess points...
