Hi, can you recommend a fork like this? Maybe the same one or something like it. You made this thing look awesome. I left mine out in the rain like a fool and it’s all rusty now. I gotta find some kind of rust remover for the chain and nuts/bolts. I’d rather not remove the chain or disassemble the bike but idk if a rust product like that even exists.
Hey man I wanna build one I have a all terrain I blew the motor up on I can’t weld fab etc what did u do for the motor mounts I’m thinking of doing a 110
This is a pretty cool bike. I've been considering purchasing one but I've heard just as much bad as I have good when looking at reviews on Amazon and various bike forums. I would probably leave it stock for awhile until I put some miles on it, but I do like your lighting and turn signal setup; what brand and where would I find those? Also, what are your thoughts on the quality of the bike overall?
Well I replace everything but the frame. If you do any upgrades on the motor you will need to upgrade everything. The lights were all purchased from Amazon.
I just completed putting a 125cc Lufin on my Phatmoto and had clearance issues. Wish you would have shown the build or at least what you used to mount the carb because I'm still trying to figure it out. There's no clearance! Gas tank's in the way!
I shaved down a Nibbi intake manifold from Amazon. Then piped the carb off the side of the motor with tubing. You can use cooling hoses but you have to add a string or coil to stop the hose from flattening
Brenton, I'm hoping that you'll respond to this because I could sure use some help. I put a 125cc lufin engine on my phatmoto, however, the cylinder was right under the gas tank so I could only get a manifold on it. I had it running but now it's quit altogether. I think it's because I had to move the carb so far away from the manifold and I don't think I've got the right tubing running to it. could you maybe tell me what I need to use and how you did yours? Thank you.
I shaved down a Nibbi intake manifold and used two 1 1/4 aluminum 90s to level and face the carb forward and below the gas tank.. unless you ise a pulse pump you can not run the card over the tank .. Gravity feed !! Hope that helps brother.
Brenton, the carb isn't above the tank. i ran a tube back and under the tank and it comes out on the left side back by the seat. I used radiator hose. I was wondering what kind of hose you use? I've had a hell of a time. I looked at youtube videos and all these dudes were saying ut a 36mm carb on it. I did and the thing kept revving real high. So I did some research and they say it is supposed to take a 19mm so I put one on. I had it running great and then one day it started to fall over . I caught it but the carb leaked gas and I haven't been able to get the motor to even cough since. It has spark, gas, compression and I checked the timing and it's okay and the valves can't be off because it's a new engine. it's absolutely driving me crazy. So all I can think of is it must be the tubing going from the carb to the manifold. Did you mount your carb way back under or behind your seat? It looks like you did. Would greatly appreciate your response! Thank you. Gene@@brentonjones393
My first bike I ran a 26mm Nibbi and clocked my intake 90 degrees with a spacer I made. Amazon sells something similar, but it's way to thick for our application. I was able to aim the intake to the left of the bike and straight piped it.. I had you use a pulse pump tho
Awesome......I want to build this but with #1 A steel full suspension frame #2 good hubs & motorcycle tires #3 A FWD ebike kit to make it a hybrid for stealth legal Ebike mode in certain parts of the city.
I want to ask you if there is a problem with the tire walking and the whole fork to the right while moving because I made the same bike but this problem remained so I wonder if it is because of the frame or because of the engine
There are so many pit bike parts on this bike... the axles and bearings.. the Lifan 125cc four speed engine... along with a Honda Grom clone street bike front end.. even the rear brakes are pitbike hydraulic calipers.. most parts on this bike have been purchased from Amazon.. the front end was purchased from someone parting out a grom clone on FBmarketplace
No cutting or welding on the frame.. the Phatmoto All-Terrain is a slightly bigger frame then your typical feltfaker. It's a supper tight squeeze but the 125cc fits with a custom intake manifold.
Those engines have an electric start with a small motorcycle battery. I have the head wired into a fuse box off the battery, just like a motorcycle. The Stator is built into the motor, which keeps the battery charged.
@青松先生 i created a mount that would allow me to use the stock Phatmoto motor mounting plate. Phatmoto frames have a built in jackshaft in the seatpost down tube. I removed the jackshaft and used the bolt to tie in the top engine mount.
The only thing stock is the frame. Different motor pitbike 125cc 4 speed Lifan, Honda Grom front-end, pitbike axles and bearings, pit bike hydraulic rear brakes, a 26mm Nibbi racing carburetor and a custom Nibbi intake manifold. Plus motorcycle head lights and turn signals
Everything is ready but I need to find DOT rated rims and tires, that won't take away from the fat tire look of the bike.. I have two 23"x3.50 Harley wheels and tires but they seem to be too wide on the sprocket mount. I will be saling them and looking for 3.00s
Yes, same power as a Honda grom clone but with peddles. It is not street legal without mirrors and DOT rated wheels and tires. It has headlights, high and low beam, turn signals, tail lights, brake lights, and motorcycle horn.
Lol no the stock bicycle wheel's rotor is on the left. The Honda Grom front-end comes on the right.. This all will be changed when I install actual motorcycle rims and tires on the bike. Both brake rotors and calipers will be on the right
You’re very talented. I love this build!
These cool upgrades need their own videos😊
Nicest build online period. Well done!!!
Love the build definitely got me interested in building one I’m currently running two-stroke motor on mine

@Dkleinnyc the awesome things about bikes are that they are easy to work on. Everything that has rust can be replaced with very little money
WOW 👌 just amazing build really super nice!!😌✊️🔥✌️💚
Most sensible engine to put on these frames

Yeah it will keep a small battery charged. LIFAN 125cc 4speed Model # 1P54FMI

Specifically how you mounted the motor, thanks

@paulbmet how heavy is your bike? I bought this front end because my bike is very heavy.

@@brentonjones393 Cool.. what about the engine mounting plate and the jack shaft? does the engine bolt onto the base plate?

Yeah a pitbike 125cc 4 speed

Sadly phatmotos are easy targets. They do make tracking devices and alarm systems you can install
Look up how to lock up a motorcycle/moped/bicycle you only need a few decent bike locks
Sounds great!
Whwre did u buy the signals
Found them on Amazon
