@青松先生 i created a mount that would allow me to use the stock Phatmoto motor mounting plate. Phatmoto frames have a built in jackshaft in the seatpost down tube. I removed the jackshaft and used the bolt to tie in the top engine mount.

I​@brentonjones393 I just ordered the all terrain Matt green 79cc. From what I read you don't always get the color your wanting. I would like to beef it up too maybe an 89cc but that's about it. Fl has become dangerous. Too over populated and since the storm I see literally no troopers on the road and people have got fuckin crazy

@@brentonjones393 thanks I may do a video when ready in a month, I'm assembling the bike starting with the frame and doing piece by piece taking my time because the engine I want is more pricey because of the centrifugal clutch lol I like clutches but I'm doing a different style set up with operation plus I think 1N23 is weird, I rather it be N1234 so semiauto it is for me I hope you still have yours and still enjoy it

@@brentonjones393 I did some work on it today, I posted a few photos and will do an actual video when it is completed lol I just assembled the rear wheel and painted some stuff lol I really like yours it is what inspired me to go with this frame because I wanted the Lifan and your video shows me it fits and that it can be done I almost went with another Micargi so I appreciate you for your show and tell videos

@sarahsunyata yep with a wider crank it pedals fine. But it's a workout.

I am about to install the header from the website and I should have that Monday, but I am thinking I want to put something a little bit bigger on this frame and then continue to fine tune things from there, haha. I am happy to know that I can get some advice from someone who has already done it and take a look at some pictures before I make any changes that I can not unmake haha. So yeah thanks dude!!!!!

@zaintaylor2358 yep, in this video, I ha e a Lifan 125cc 4 speed installed. It's a lot of fab work to make the mounts but it is possible.

@RingDoorbell-b7s I have already addressed the tensioner. Using them on these frames causes a frame crack right at the lower chain stay. Talking to the members of the Phatmoto groups on FB, it seems they are all having this problem

@gunbuster333SMSTI yeah I use the jackshaft hole in the frame to mount the shifter motor. The Lifan 140cc manul 4 speed with hydraulic clutch runs straight to the back wheel much like a dirtbike. This shifter motor swap has so much torque that you have to gear it for top end or it will snap the frame.

@@brentonjones393 well I just learned that it’s not actually a 49 cc that comes with the $800 phatMoto but it’s a 3 hp 79 cc which is crazy! How can the top speed still only be 25 to 32 mph? Am I understanding that it has the same exact torque between 25 and 32 mph the only thing that changes is the top speed for a smaller tooth gear? At least the average user because the engine is so powerful? Hope that made sense😅 Ps. Ima bug you for a few questions since you seem VERy knowledgeable

@anistalbi17 this bike had a 125cc 4 speed Lifan with an electric start/ kick start combo.

@@IcedGaze you have to turn the idle screw to the right until the engine stays on. You want to find the right balance, you want it to idle but not too fast

@frczk6343 I made it with schwin seat I bought from Walmart and a solo bobber kit from Amazon. Super simple, I just removed all the bicycle hardware, peeled back the leather and drilled through the seat pan to attach the springs and swivel. I found some motorcycle highway bar foot pet clamps to attach the springs to the frame

@kix-yb4yv it's the same at the moment, but I've added around 40lbs to the bike in upgrades and DOT grade parts. The bike now runs the same but is way safer to ride at high speeds

@kix-yb4yv It's not any faster just more torque, the internal gears most be a little lower . These engines are for dirt . I am looking around for motor that is made for street. The bike still tops out around 64mph

@JackCrossSama heavier wheels with 10gage spokes made by Gemini Hydraulic pitbike brakes. All new Stainless steel mounts for the motor to stiffen everything up and lower the vibration

@willieshobbies every bike is a little different as well as the fitment of the motor to the frame. The plates are cut to keep my engine in a very specific spot in my frame so the intake I modified does not hit the frame. The plate will change depending on what motor, intake manifold, type of engine, and frame.

I have the 2024 Phatmoto All Terrain and I will buy the Engine your using.
