Amazing video! reminded me the time when I was 85 kg (at 6 feet), I was sure I was only a bit over 20% body fat, I got down to around 79 kg to realise only then I got to a bit over 20% body fat, at 85 kg I think I was around 27%, it was decieving because given my height that weight was really not that heavy especially for a guy who lifts regularly and has some muscle mass, but I found out that I had less muscle mass than I thought, since then I got slightly leaner while staying at the same body weight, but obviously I still have a long way of gaining more muscle mass and losing more fat.
