Hope you all enjoy the list; I would love to hear yours below. BTW I want to give an honorable mention to the snatch grip block pull at mid shin for number 3. That’s a lift I really like that helped me pack on A LOT of back mass. Seated hamstring curls could have been number 10 as well. Overall, there are a lot of other lifts so who knows maybe there will be a part 2
Your top 10 list is unique and well thought out, with each exercise covering the perfect amount of detail. Great filming/quality, and looking jacked Phil! I approve 💯🔥🔥🔥
Agreed, or a video where they go over everything they spoke about in their videos together and say what they no longer preach and why. I know they've done this kind of thing individually but together would cool @@pterpsvin8887
Hey big, je me rappelle de toi dans le temps que tu faisais des vidéos avec Alex Leonidas! T'as pris de lanshape depuis ce temps là. Shout out de Moncton
Thanks for sharing these dude, I incorporated most of your exercises, my favorite was #10 single legged leg press. Unfortunately my gym barely maintains the machine and the friction gives a weird resistance profile
Really interesting. I would have thought more exercises from your old days like the snatch grip rack pull would have made it on the list. Have you changed your thoughts on this being the best for traps?
I give an honourable mention to snatch grip block pulls at mid shin. Those are still a very solid lift till this day. Long term I find they bug my shoulders a bit so I put them in for 12 week cycles only. I wouldn't do them for a year straight so 3 months is where I cap it and more on to a closer grip.

@Alexleonidas Thanks brother
Yeeee we're at the buffet
How is your channel not bigger??? You turned me on to high pulls ages ago and they’re still my favourite upper back exercise by a mile! 💪💪💪
High pulls definitely have their place for traps! I really like snatch Grip RDL's for yoke development
Bro, that thumbnail is insane! Starting to look like the natty Bill Goldberg! Great exercise selection, esp. #3 and #10
Haha the crab pose! ill take it!
Great list Phil. I use a lot of these exercises now and found them to be amazing. Thank you for sharing. Hope all is well
My pleasure
My 10 (no particular order) are Chest-supported Tbar, Kelso shrug superset on CS Tbar, Faceaway cable curls, Nautilus pullover machine, RDLs, cross body hammer curls, cable cuff laterals, and plate neck curls
Well that's 9, oh well. Another is any machine converging chest press
Yeah solid choices there.
No squat pattern?
@@curgunner Pendulum squats.
Love your videos Phil and good to see you back. Keep up the content
Thanks, no choice!

Merci Vince, pas le choix! On lache pas!

Those could be replaced with a split squat variation while holding dumbbells

Great list and video quality.
Thanks a lot man
Love your content bro, keep it up 💯💯💯
Thank you
Need to try that ipsilateral DB row! usually I have done either staggered stance the other way or squared stance.
Ipsilateral style is my preferred stance on all one arm rows (even machines)
can all of these exercises be done at the buffet? and if so, would you consider yourself to be present, or at, said buffet?
Weighted push ups look pretty badass ngl lol
Its the vest that does that lol
Phil how bout a friendly lift off?! Maybe your favorite lift or something. 45 degree Incline Bench.
More workouts on the way!
@@PG.Coaching awesome!
Rack pulls didn’t make the list?
RDL off blocks are on it (you get the extra hamstrings stimulus)
When is it time for a new physique Update?
