MARATHON TRAINING DAY ONE - 14 mile long run
    SUNDAY PUSH DAY
What's up my beautiful people!? I'm so excited to announce that I'm marathon training for my second time for a spring marathon!! This year I'll be racing one and then not too long after another running another one. If you didn't watch my Boston Marathon video from last year check it out. I have some unfinished business with this distance! Once again, like last year, I'm truly humbled and grateful to have the opportunity to train like an elite with coach Ben Rosario, founder and executive director of the HOKA NAZ Elite! Can't wait to take y'all along this journey.. IT'S THE RENAISSANCE YEAR! Anyone else training for a 2024 spring marathon!? Let's get it, let's go!

Nice! I’m in the last week of my half marathon training after not having run for over three years. Regaining fitness is very humbling, but I’m putting the work in. I’ll take an easy week after my half marathon run and then jumping into a 24 week 50k program. I’m hoping to achieve what you showed here, running mid-7s at a conversational pace, at least on flat terrain. It’ll be fun to follow your program and see how you progress.

I have Raynaud's too and the tips for keeping my feet warm will definitely be used so I don't always have to use the treadmill. I really appreciate you for highlighting that.

Me, too! Just found out a couple of years ago! I can't even hold cold food and my feet are always cold. Good luck with your Rsynauds and getting back to running outside. 👍☮

Do you have any group runs in NJ? Maybe come to Holmdel Park for a beautiful trail run.

Good luck in your training! May I ask where you did this long run and which marathon you're training for?

I think his Boston Marathon time was just over 3hrs, and he was aiming for 2:50 ish. Might be wrong though.

Why don’t you add sprinting into your marathon training because that should have a great benefit
