I checked the GTB world app and couldn't find the login dispense error option on the www.gtbank.com, watch the video again, that's the only way to login a dispense error on the gtbank online banking platform.

Go to play store app on your phone and type download GTB WORLD APP and select the option, if you already have it on your phone, you will see the option upgrade, then click upgrade and upgrade your GTB world app.
