After showing the entire report to key members of Congress that have the clearance to view it, then the 301 FBI reports (raw FBI intelligence) are redacted, followed by classified information and any 6E Grand Jury testimony. If it was good enough for Jaworski, during Watergate, it should be the same with the Mueller report. In fact, that's the exact same procedure that Jerry Nadler argued for in 1998 after the Starr report came out. Barr is leagly obligated to make redactions to protect the rights of the innocent. The report will be out on April 15th. They will have to wait.

Barr is doing exactly what he said he would do in his confirmation hearings. I don't know why so many people are surprised.
