In this English lesson I will teach you English at the gym. You'll learn several words and phrases that you can use to talk about getting in shape! In fact, that's one of the phrases. When you go to the gym regularly eventually we would describe you as being in shape or fit.
In this English lesson you'll learn words and phrases like: to be in shape, to be fit, barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, resistance band, weight training, membership, cardio, elliptical, weight machine, stretching, to warm up, and many more.

I used to be a weightlifter in my youth. In addition to basic exercises like "snatch" and "clean and jerk", we did a lot of exercises with dumbbells and on training machines. So the lesson was very useful for me. Thank you, Bob!

These days i started work out at the gym for losing weight and i also have been taking group class at the gym
it's always not easy to get(be) in shape

I prefer not to go to the gym instead I go to the nature that is really cool. Doing workout under the sky is far better than the roof. As everyone knows we are spending most of our time under the roof hence we should go out .by the way thank you for this lesson to teach us some new words.
