  • Ghanaian palm nut soup is one the most celebratory and traditional soups you could ever have. It is enjoyable with any swallow of choice, but it’s popular to pair with fufu, rice balls or konkonte.
    It’s mostly enjoyed on weekends especially on Sunday.
    I hope you enjoyed the process and you are going to give it a try .

    Catching up on everything I've missed. LOL. And I am here asking, "the goodies are from Ghana o. But who brought them" ? Chai! Anaa do I know? Lol. I remember when I younger I used to bite into the palm kennel when they were cooked and still hot. Love the taste and when you pressed into one just wish I could grab it off the screen. Lol. I love my ab3nkwan too with mootuo with beans. You can never go wrong. Love it sis. Keep them coming. Now moving on to the next video 🤣. Btw where did you get your 3kora from sis. Lol.

    Please why do you add the turkey berries to the palm nut and boil, bcoz the nutritent in the turkey berries will get into the palm nut liquid and you will throw the liquid away, that means you have thrown the nutritent away.

    • @LovystouchChannel
      @LovystouchChannel  2 роки тому +1

      Hello dear the water used to boil the palm it was not thrown away it’s was added to the liquid we got from the palm nut ❤️ thank you so much for watching ❤️
