Chicken thighs 1/2 Kg
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Butter
Coriander leaves
For first marination :-
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
For second marination:-
Green chillies 5-6
Coriander leaves 1 fist
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Curd 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Roti:-
Refined flour 3 cups
Wheat flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Cooking oil 2-3 tbsp
Curd 4 tbsp
Lukewarm water for kneading
Garlic sauce:-
Garlic cloves 5
Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
1/2 glass of milk
1/2 glass+1/4 of vegetable oil
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Bread slice 1-1.5
Salad:-
2-3 tbsp of cooking oil
Onions 2 medium size
tomatoes 2-3
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
