In this video, I am going to show the recipe of Saudi Arabia's most famous fried chicken. Albaik fried chicken has more than 100 branches only in Saudia Arabia. Now you can make this chicken at home and enjoy the most delicious fried chicken of all time.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken With Skin 3kg
Hot sauce 1/2cup
Chiulli sauce 1/3cup
Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Paprika 1/2tsp
Salt 36gms
Red Chilli Powder 50gms
Red Chilli Flakes 6gms
Garlic Powder 12gms
Ginger Powder 3gms
Mustard Powder 10gms
Citric Acid 2gms
Oil for Frying

@@anamamin1669 so i bought the injectors from Amazon CA .. it was not expensive. But .. i didn't try yet. I am sure it will taste good when you injecting and marinating to the bonezzzaA ☺️

I think you're the first person in the history of cooking fried chicken to explain why a kadai makes fried chicken dark. Thank you for this as this is extremely crucial and important information for making the perfect fried chicken.

@@Saikonippon it’s because the kadai is hollow and the chicken is heavy so what it does is it sits at the bottom of the kadai and the kadaii’s bottom part is getting direct heat so that’s why it gets dark.

We made albaik chicken two weeks ago by following his recipe. It was too good and chicken was full of flavors from inside.
We also made albaik’s garlic sauce by following Kun Food’s recipe. It had 100% albaik’s taste.

We enjoyed lot of albaik in Jeddah,Mecca and Al Madina also. Those days in 2014 to 2018 , we found each & every Albaik outlets fully crowded. As per my knowledge its from Yemen.

So educational when I lived in Jeddah wherein chicken is one of the staple foods there. I've known Al Baik since 1997 and now I know how to prepare . Maybe I will make but not to do the first syringe method because it will be too spicy.. I will just rub the graham masala on chickens then proceed with the breadings..

If u want the perfect Saudia albaik, buy the extra big syringe then inject the marinate sauce in to the chicken meat.
