That’s the first mistake. Unfortunately we all do it. However,Insallah Allah will help us not to. Instead of praying that she changes her speech that can relate to everyone you’re being rude towards her. The issue for me is her tone and delivery. I’ve tried to watch her videos multiple times, but her way of speaking feels bitter and causes me discomfort. I prefer to learn from scholars who explain things in a more gentle and inspiring way, without harshness or accusations. She is irritating.

I have heard many scholars saying that niqab is compulsory.
As far as I know, it's not compulsory
According to the Qur'an, it is halal for women to show their faces. If the niqab was obligatory, it would contradict the Quran :)
