How To Fillet Your Favorite Fish

Fillet A Fish. I caught this Blue Fish kayak fishing around Cambria, CA. Filleting a fish definitely takes some practice and is a bit of an art. Bottom line, its not too hard but takes a couple of practice rounds to get good.
The Three most important things when filleting a fish are:
1. Practice
2. A good fillet knife. The longer the better.
3. A cutting board big enough for the job.
