No spend on property unless got legally binding agreement , viz : "no crazy rent increases in next (say) 5 years" , lol. He 'Jeepneys' to and fro. Give some thought re health issues before you visit/settle in Philippines. Security guards with shotguns are at the exit doors. No exit , if hospital , not fully paid.

Street area , for less per month , and catch Jeepney to W. Street area. Chicks in ST hotel , unless of course she is a 'special one' , who lives in , lol. Actual address to be kept a secret !

for Georgy it is important to be close to Walking Street because he likes to play billiards, also Georgy likes to walk, but from Mabalacat it is very long to walk

For long term , year or more , its right. You only need to sleep and/or eat there. Rest of your time , your out and about. Short term stayers eg up to say 3 months something more spacious. For one year or more , this is the one , and you will have money in your pocket for other things.
