The more time drags on, the more I’m preparing to move to the Ozarks and kissing her goodbye. This whole MGTOW movement has given me the confidence and logic to literally go my own way. I posted this on another one of your videos. But I put here again:
My story: I married my wife while I was in college because I wanted to. (She was not pregnant). I got my BSEE, had a 6-mo old baby, started my career. 13 years total, 9 years at my career. Were on the rocks for at least 3 of it. I was ALWAYS WRONG! according to her - not in so many words, no, but I'd start to "dance" one way, kinda like the way she wanted, and then - "NO! that's not it. 'Dance' like this". . . .Until one day I finally told her: "I am going to be happy regardless of your feelings. I am no longer going to "dance" for you. I am going to "dance" for ME! You want in? Then do it that I want to do it."
Six weeks later she left. That LAST WORDS she told me before she walked out the door - I'll never forget them:" John, you are just not the man I want you to be." . . . let that soak in for minute.
Another three weeks I get a call from her. She tells me she's with someone else. This is the "man" she hooked up with:
    1. He was on month 3 of a 12 month court ordered drug rehabilitation program. - I was NEVER on drugs. . . . NEVER EVER!!! Not even pot (which isn't a drug, I know.)
    2. He was on probation after being released from prison for being part of a car thief ring. - I have NEVER been in prison, not even jail - NEVER, not even for one night.
    3. He had no car. - I always had wheels, and I always made she SHE had wheels
    4. He had no driver's license. - I have had a driver's license since I was 13 years old, never revoked, suspended, etc.. (Back in 1978 you could get a licence to operate a 100cc motorcycle or smaller.)
    5. He had no house. - My wife and baby ALWAYS had a roof over their head - food, clothes, utilities, phone, TV - ALL! OF! IT!! I made SURE of that!!
    6. He had no "real" job. He chased a road crew from town to town during the paving season, so it wasn't even annual. - Did I say I had a BSEE and a career? Yes, I think I did.
Before she hung up the phone I politely told her: "He gets ONE CHANCE with MY son. If he fucks up, I am taking him away from you FOR GOOD!! You know DAMNED WELL there is not a judge in the country who will let you keep my son with a convict, compared to what I have tor offer. He fucks up, I pull all the stops, and you won't even get visitation rights." (Turns out, we NEVER had a problem. My son wanted to stay with me most of the time anyway.)
When we hung up the phone, her words came back, and I realized - she was right. She was ABSOLUTELY right. There is NO WAY I could have EVER been that man.
THE DIVORCE: It was actually pretty civil. Finalized February 1999. We both played nice because we had to; I was ordered to pay a modest amount of child support, and I was happy to do it. No alimony, no retirement, but she did take $25k from the condo equity. She promptly pissed it away. I spent the next two years remodeling the condo, sold it , and waled away with more than twice what I paid here, for $100k more than we bought it for. Because the divorce was final, and she never came after the proceeds, I got to keep all that money!! We were awarded joint custody, but I got to keep him most of the time. She mostly just wanted to be with her loser, and I was all right with that. "You stay there, WE will stay here. . . ."
Since then they have lived of meager life of poverty - always seem to have money for beer, cigarettes, and tattoos, though. I own five investment properties with a respectable net worth. I am about to retire - 5 years to go. She will have to work until she is dead.
Just a quick side story: One time when I was married, the water heater broke. My family was without hot water for 18 hours. The reason it wasn't only six hours is because we discovered the problem five minutes after the hardware store closed. I couldn't get to it for another 12 hours, and then I needed the time to not only make the repair, but do an upgrade while I was there. Fast forward about 8 years. The two of them are living together. Their water heater breaks in the middle of fall. They were without hot water for almost FOUR MONTHS - through Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years! They finally got the cash from a tax refund.
Let me tell ya - I AM NOT THAT MAN!!!
    Laters!

That's what me and my husband said and he has left us for another women. It started out very slow, I caught on to to the lies and the manipulation that he would spiral til he was staying with her 2 nights in a row. Wee would get the other days. Now it's been 3 wks straight. We have been together 16 yrs. Married 13 this October. I thought I had found my one and only. We were best friends 1st. I put my all into my marriage, but these last 8 months I kinda fell off the road cause I knew he was cheating. I just didn't have concrete proof to lay it on him. So waiting til they turn 18 won't work. we had a conversation "hypothetical" about that long ago where we both agreed if we were to ever fall out if love we would stick it out til our daughter turned 18. Looking back I get chills cause we aren't together at all and she is 10. It's amazing how things can change and how you thought the one person you trusted with everything bailed on you. I am not putting all the blame on him, cause it takes two to make a marriage work. Maybe I got to comfortable. I have been out of work for 2 yrs cause he wanted me to stay home and pick our daughter up from school instead of his mother, so I quit my job and that was the worse thing I could've done cause I have recently found out he was talking so much shit about me not working. so he was telling his boss, coworkers, how lazy I was but telling me, I told you to quit your job don't beat yourself up. So for the sake of your children or child don't wait til 18 unless you both get Along really well.

I never think of MGTOW as a woman hating cult or whatever.. I think the whole premise to me is about just being comfortable, and loving yourself over the female body and companionship... Men not needing validation from others in general. Some women are just terrible.. some men are terrible.. but with everything as I have seen.. women think emotionally and about resources which in turn is more terrible on average.

I'm in my mid twenties and I learned a valuable lesson from my past 2 long term relationships. I'm thankful I never married and had kids with either of them, and I'm grateful one cheated on me which opened my eyes to reality. Now at 27, I can do what I want and save a lot of my money. Dating is exhausting with so many women pretending to show you feelings that are fake, and then you trying to determine if her actions and words are genuine. Nope. I'm not a gambler or a masochist. Only broke or stupid men get married or date in this day and age.

    • @suppaduppa

I hear you. My last girlfriend 'I love you's' came across so disingenuous. She said the words but I just didnt feel it. She couldnt even articulate what she liked about me without stumbling over her words. I should have left then and there. It's all an act. Her main concern was to be liked. Fuck being honest. If honesty would rock the boat she opted to shut up or tell a lie. She had no problems with desception, but that only went one way. Never trust a woman that proclaims to be past the immature stage. Whenever a woman says "I use to be like that when I was young and dumb, but now I've matured" you can bet she is still that same person, only better conceiled. People don't change.
Indeed, dating is exhausting. The amount of time and attention they demand is draining. They are fun but come with drama that often doesnt make it worth it.

Women and children are loved unconditionally and men are only loved if they have something to provide. No woman loves a man unconditionally and is willing to build with them. Feminism and Gynocentric Laws (favoring women and shunning men) created MGTOW. The cat is out of the bag and the philosophy is growing at a rapid pace. What does a woman actually provide to a man these days? Most women are in debt. Most women identify as extreme feminists that want to shun men. Most women support abortion which mean killing kids. Most women have standards so high that the majority of the male population can't match up to it. Many women support body positivity movements where they say it's ok to be fat and not take care of themselves. Many women are single mothers and expect men to be captain save a hoe. Many women expect that as long as they give sex they don't have to do anything else. Many women expect men to pay for everything even though they are working and making the same if not more money than men in some cases in careers. If women cared about men then they would march to the senate/congress and overturn some of these anti-male laws but they won't. Just saying.

I don't know how divorce laws in Florida compare to those in Pennsylvania, but it's not uncommon for a woman to request a move before a divorce for two reasons.
1: The new location has divorce laws that are more favorable to the woman.
2: The current house will go to the husband by state divorce laws because he owned it before he met her or because he inherited it or something along those lines. If they sell the house and buy a new one together, the new one is fair game for her to get all of or at least half of.
3: She's met somebody online who lives at the new location.
Of course he says in the video that her job moved her there, but that may have been because she put in a request to move to a different location.

I work with a man who believes in MGTOW and He introduced me to this concept. I would like to share my story and maybe it can be an encouragement to someone. I'm a female, grew up in a Christian home, and read a book about saving myself for my husband called Sex Has a Pricetag when I was 17 years old. I thought I would be married by 26 or 27 years old but met my husband and got married at 28 years old (I'm currently 29 years old). I kept myself pure for Him and was able to give myself to him on our honeymoon. I'm a one man woman and all men are called to be a one woman kind of man. This concept is found in Genesis 2, a true story of love in it's purest form. ONE MAN with ONE WOMAN for life period. After reading Genesis 2, there is the book of Ruth which is a story of commitment and love between Ruth and Boaz despite cultural differences, and then finally Proverbs 31, the greatest example of what women should strive for and what men should look for in a future spouse. I understand that there are probably not many believers here, but if we want to thrive in our lives, we have to see and read the blueprint for our hearts and lives found in God's Word. Yes there are evil women out there. Proverbs 5 and 6 provides practical tips and signs to watch for in a bad woman. My heart goes out to those who have been deeply hurt by the human being who was supposed to love you most. But there is good news: God never changes, Jesus love you, and "though my father and mother forsake me, the LORD will receive me" Psalms 27 10. Also, there is great hope, but only in Jesus (John 19-20). Do you believe in Him? He believes in you, so much so to die for you. "Greater love has no man than this then to lay down his life for his friends" John 15:13.

Rule of thumb (for men, especially): don't get involved long-term with women that look substantially better than you. It will never end well. If you are hooked up with a 10, when you're only a 7, you'll be used, cheated on and discarded once you hit any hardship. Women always have options, especially if they are 7+ on the SMV scale, and they will readily take advantage of any and all opportunities.

Great video. Lots of truth to your words Bro. We all have our own chick horror stories. Short version - Me: Honest hard working 100% faithful. Showed her and told her I Loved her every day. Our marriage was my priority. Her: Lied, (alot) cheated on me, got fired from 2 jobs in a row (I should have started asking questions then).. and when we separated.. worked real hard and went out of her way to make me believe it was my fault. And she had me convinced it was my fault for a little while. Then I found out the truth about a lot of things. Moral of MY story. I WAS an idealist. I believed that if you did the right thing.. good things happen. I believed that honesty begets honesty. I believed that your word is your bond. I was wrong. The only time honesty exists with chicks is when it is convenient to be honest, or easy to be honest. I found MGTOW about a year ago. No going back for me. from now on.. I stay true to myself. If a female can handle that ride,, that's cool. If not.. there's the door. I ride a Harley.. if she wont get on the back,, there's the door. I have a souped up Muscle Car.. if she won't go out in it on Friday or Saturday nights.. won't go to Car Shows.. Cruise Ins.. there's the door. I'm starting a new career soon, I'm gonna focus on making some real $$. If she has a problem with my career being a priority.. sorry babe.. I'm out. I'm much better off long term the MGTOW way ! Keep The Faith Brothers

You are probably one of the most level headed people I have come to admire. The fact that you offered your ex wife to move back in with you after she done you the way she did, you clearly where thinking about your kids. Most people probably gave you hell for that. I am in the beginning stages of me and my husband separating. He cheated, I found out, he only felt bad cause he got caught. I am very easy going, don't like confrontation, you know I try to be logical in every situation dont want to say anything I can't take back, and its probably why I get ran over all the time. I am a heart on the sleeve kind of person. We have a daughter together. She adores her father and I would never tarnish that image for her just because I'm hurt. It's not about me anymore like you said it's about the kids. So this has really helped and you definitely deserve major props for doing what you did. I am a subscriber now and I am so so glad I ran across your channel.

I was MGTOW before there was such a thing. I got rid of my last wife 21 years ago and have been happily divorced ever since. I firmly believe that in today's society there are absolutely zero advantages for a man to get married. Better to go out on ass patrol, get your ashes hauled and then leave with no strings attached.

Bud, you're SO real. I've been consuming MGTOW content for years and those providers always talk a super big game to which, of course, I could never hope to subscribe because of my current condition (red pilled while married, mercifully to a largely non-feminist woman) but in just a few short videos you've helped me to feel that there might still be hope for me on the horizon.

As a women I have experienced the same situation. More then once...I have the stable well paying job and very giving of my love, time and support. My very long term relationship just ended in December. We came together both working (he was in the car busines as well) both had cars and bank accounts. First he sold his car, using mine when needed, then started to move from job to job- store to store stopped working completely. Two kids at home. Before I new it he was home everyday using my car, im working 10 hour days and he is not. Now he has no job, no car, no bank account. Took me while but i told him you have to go. Anyway it happens to women as well. Im glad you saw the light and are well. Thanks for your story

@@CLIPSFAMILYGUY Nope, the kids were late teens and not his. He wanted to live "off grid." He would brag to his friends that he lived in the same town he grew up in but nobody knew where to find him. And by nobody I mean the police, the IRS and the Orange County District Attorney. They were all looking for him.
