Well done Payne , give yourself a tap on the shoulder . This must feel so good , knowing you did it mostly by yourself with a little help from your friends . Keep it going 💪💪
Good job, but 4 inches is the thickness so take 4 inches of the running board from top to bottom, marked with a straight edge on each side, use level or square marked out the steps areas 😊
i know i sort of give too much advice but the best way to keep the concrete moist is to get some crocus bags and some plastic. Soak the bags in water and use them to cover the steps or slab then cover that with the plastic. GREAT JOB BRO!!
@@paynefuldiy grab some whole heap ah news paper and any other paper you can find and soak them crush up crush up, put that on the steps soaking wet and cover that wid de plastic. Tun yu han mek fashin 😄. We a yaad man, nutten no stop we. Right sah?
Big up yourself Ghetto Payne. Not an easy task. Respect to true friends as well. I hope to see it in the flesh one day. Stay safe and blessed 👊🏾👏🏾👏🏾🇬🇧🇯🇲
Good day the materials are wash sand gravel and cement the amount is depending on the size. And you can watch my other videos the see the board work and the steel work
no, should pour it from the bottom up but I knew it was not enough concrete thats why we start from the top to spread the concrete into the walls and later spread more on top of the unfilled steps
Good morning it depend on the area your in.. would have to check on it for you.. the steel guy charge by the amount of steel used.. each contractor charge base on the client.
Only wet it in the early morning and late evening so that the sun doesn't put massive crack within the concrete. If its wash sand u use u can do that for 4 day after which u can take down the reinforcements
sorry for replying so late but youtube showing me these messages days after even though I checked every second.. but for this I used the regular 2 sand 2 gravel and 1 cement this stairs will not be holding up much load..

You generally pour it from the top?
no, should pour it from the bottom up but I knew it was not enough concrete thats why we start from the top to spread the concrete into the walls and later spread more on top of the unfilled steps
How much would it have cost you to get a staircase like this build?
