Another great vlog . When you finish work Payne you must sleep well at night . Man just watching you makes me tired . Nice to see daddy Payne come visit . Well done 👏🏽

@@paynefuldiy Sir, I am considering buying and building in Jamaica 2023. I might reach out for your help/expertise. I have watched other people's videos , you are hands on, not just broadcasting what others are doing for him to make him look good. I rate you bro, you got good spirit and soul.. humble, like me, survivors that make the most out of the little we have 👍🏽 Blessings 🤜🏿🇯🇲🇨🇦🤛🏼
I admire your hard work and the results. How can I learn this skill? I am not afraid to learn, work or try. I suggest that you use a tennon saw to cut the top of ths shoring next time. Good luck.
as for learning there is a school in Portmore HEART College of Construction Services (HCCS) and there is a lot more videos just like this one but i recommend you check out HCCS
Yes big man Amazing project, really enjoying the project I’m watching you from the uk 🇬🇧 really impressed with what you doing, one word of advice see if you can get someone to give you a hand even to go and get something for you trust me as a Builder myself, I know it’s really hard, but you are doing a fantastic job 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 you should be very proud as a father, (check out local boy property maintenance and building
u work neat bro nice work but u do ur decking the hard way all those ply u used to nail the 2x4 in on the wall could be used for thebackup board...all u had to do was mark ur level line on the top of belting casting then nail or lace the lath all around like the ply then u joisting but good work
Thanks for the tip.. I did it this way because I didn't want a margin between the dry concrete beam and the fresh concrete slab I need a 2 inch bite into the beams and more of the steel cage in the fresh cement pour.. and that will stop any leaks from where the 2 buildings join and I could not manage to box up the beams and decking in one go. much respect
thanks for watching.. yes I used 2x4wx16 because its cheaper and the area is 22 feet plus I had some 6 feet pieces laying around and most of the longer pieces are curved and twisted

Yes, thanks for watching
Wats the spacing between the stringers for the deck?
You can put it 3 or 4 feet apart depending on the the size of the room
Are some of those runners 1x3 lumber ??
all are 2x4
You are doing well bro, where are you in Jamaica?
Good morning thanks I'm in greater Portmore
Don't you need a middle beam in tha big room?
Yes but we turned it flat so it would not show in the ceiling
Did you use 2×4×16 ? Also what the difference between 2×4×18.
