Baxter is doing so much better! He couldn't sit like a dog, only lay back against you like a baby. He is even holding his front end up enough to drink, awesome. I'm so happy you changed your mind and decided to take him in immediately.
I also hope your Dad is ok. Falling off ladders is bad. You don't realize you're hurt sometimes until later in the evening.
Shout out to your Mom for watching over little Baxter today so you could concentrate on building your home.
And best of all shout out to Matt for again helping to do the hard jobs when you need extra hands working on your home.

Praying for Baxter and a full recovery. It's so hard, my cat just got hit by a car. He's been my constant companion since my husband died. He lost an eye but seems to be doing okay. I spoiled him too.

I understand .I wasn't present at the time my dog "Willie ", was hurt. He could not walk. I took Care of him for 6 yrs. Feed , change diapers , ect. It was worth it. They didn't have Lazer then . God is able....hugs

I am so thankful your Dad wasn’t hurt in the fall but am sure he will be sore and maybe bruised for a while. Dad and Baxter and you, Matt & Mom are all in my thoughts and prayers.
