Today, I discuss how the latest stats for January show a hotter than expected market as sales climb and inventory goes into seller's market territory. I break down performance by home type and regions in the Toronto area.

That is one GREAT sweater !
I agree. : )
He most be real estate agent!!
Prices are continuotheir decline if you look at the statistics. Very few properties are selling st asking. There are tons of condos in Toronto and the GTA that are piling up and no buyers. Only a few Canadians looking for low ball offers. The market is slowing crashing and now with the cap on international students, the ban of foreign buyers and the Canadians not qualifying. There's not much left on the market.
7-9% interest soon
He failed to mention they the decrease in MOI is due to delistings
I don't think so
Still a 10 year low lol
Prices gonna keep going down especially in condos. Don’t catch a falling knife
Exactly and don't listen to realtors who are trying to make you believe the opposite. It's their job to make the most money possible but in the end, you are stuck with that falling knife and it hurts. I usually watch those dumb videos and do the exact opposite and that's what Hy I am doing well. Don't listyyo the UA-cam influencers. That's what I have learned.
He is talking prices in general for all property types, many houses contributing to that number at the moment will be detached properties which there is a shortage of.
He is not saying at all prices will climb drastically, nor that they will start climbing across all proerty types, he only said lesser inventory may put an upward pressure on the average prices, that only makes sense. May, he used. He is very careful n o t to make any bombastic predictions actually, come on. That's why people like him.
Hi John I have a condo penthouse in Mississauga and wanna sell it how much will I get for my condo . It is 2plus din. How can I talk to you regarding my place thanks
bwahahaha
Spoken like a true real estate agent. Folks real estate agents will never paint a negative view of real estate. They are biased.
he's been mote pessimistic than most realtors actually, or let's call it more realistic. It would have been smart if people listened, they haven't, unfortunately. Not his fault though.
They are starting to listen more now though. That's nice to see, it's better to act intelligently.
We love you John!!
