I had to re-watch this as the season approaches to refresh my memory about some of this stuff. I miss your studies Alan. But I’m sure you’re learning with Yeshua now. Rest In Peace.
I just found this wonderful teacher in the past week. I wondered if he had gone home to Yahweh-Elohim and Yeshua. I really love his teachings! 09-09-21.
I absolutely loved this!! Elohim has been dealing with me on this for years! I am slowly pulling away from Christmas. None of my family understand so I tell them I celebrate YESHUA everyday. It is very hard to get away from something you have done all your life.
My daughter suggested celebrating Hanukkah, I wasn't sure what I am to do because I'm not Jewish, but Her father was born in Yerusalem. He is a Muslim, and it took me 3 years to get my baby back with me. I give all Glory to Elohim for bringing her home to me. She has the Eastern mind set, however she is just learning Elohim's word. I was given instructions to teach Nadirah His word and I started teaching her a little over a year ago and as YHWH promised Nadirah was reunited with me within 5 months of me reading YHWH's word and watching these video's. I myself didn't know YHWH's word and suddenly after being born from above, I can't go a minute without talking to ABBA, thinking about him, and Yashua, and His Kingdom. There must be so much unspeakable joy and Love in our Eternal Home. I get so exciting and filled with joy thinking about actually being in Elohim's Presence and surrounded by HAI. Meanwhile while I am here I want Elohim to use me for whatever pleases him.
Oh how I pray my husband will step up and be the spiritual leader in our house. He already thinks I'm a loony bird because we don't "celebrate" halloween. My precious children get it though!
+sammy sam I have thrown away almost every Christmas decoration I have. I have small children and so we will still be doing the tree and gifts but I'm definately going about it all a little different and on a much smaller scale this year. I think the most important thing is to keep your focus on Christ. I will pray for you and please pray for me. Many Blessings!
We haven't celebrated Christmas for a very long time nor Easter and definitely not Halloween.. It's very very clear in the book of Jeremiah.about Christmas and the tree.Whats bad is those who say" 😞 that don't mean that to me"
Thanks so much, My husband and I are learning so much and applying it as well. Definitely has been a life change. We are also sharing the information. Very sad with all the deception that has been fed to so many, but so thankful for the truth from Elohim.
I Thank You for this video. I knew Christmas was connected to paganism but did not know it was this bad. I shared the video on Facebook before I even finished the teaching because I knew the information here is important to know.
Thanks to this video, my dad and I are both looking forward to celebrating Hanukkah for the first time in our lives. I've been so ignorant about it in the short life that I've lived so far. Thank you for this wonderful teaching Alan. Now I'm excited for the coming holiday season - for a completely different reason! LOL. Thanks Alan. Shalom!
Thank you Alan. I have been struggling with this for the last 2 years and my wife just did not understand. Finally I believe her eyes have been opened and I am going to show her this video. We struggled on what to do during this time and this is a blessing to us. Thanks for your time!
Thank you so much Alan for taking the time to put this in a combined package. I made this choice for our house over a year ago and it was, oddly enough, the most difficult thing to have the family accept of my new understanding of Scripture. This is almost as big a hot potato as the Rapture. I figure the more resistance I get, the more important it is to Satan to keep the deception going. Knowledge is power and you've just given us another element to maintain our effort to be qhodesh. Bereka - Sherry
+YeshuaBride I want to get rid of all of this in our family. My husband told me just a month ago that it is ridiculous to stop celebrating Halloween because, "That's not what it means to us and it's just a fun thing for the kids." He does not understand that that's the first excuse given by people who want to hang on to the world. What in the world do I do? I pray all the time about these things, but my husband sees me as more of a nut that's going overboard all the time. I have told him for the last few years that celebrating these holidays bothers me and I feel it's wrong. I have been dreading this time of year rolling around again. He will expect me to put up the tree and decorate the house and each year I have a stronger conviction that this is so wrong. I always enjoyed decorating and making crafts for Christmas, before I came to understand that this is not what God's children should be participating in.
+Kendra Garrett All you can do is pray for him, not correct him or try to force him to bend. Let Elohim correct your husband and change his heart because YHWH has placed him as the head of your household...even when he's wrong. Ask the Father how to be qodesh to Him regarding these holidays specifically while submitting to your husband's being the head of your family (Ephesians 5). He'll guide you. Be strong in the Adon and in His mighty power! Shalom, KG
That is what I have been doing, knowing I should not try to over power his authority. God has really worked with me helping me to allow him to be the head. I was a bully before I was born again = / Thank you for responding to me, because it's important to me to hear from other sisters about this.
+Kendra Garrett It's not the way you wish it were, but perfecting your husband's faith is Abba Father's job, not yours (remember "Praying Prayers" when Alan told us about Abba's telling him that?). So, take comfort in the fact that it's not your job to change him and you are only responsible for your own heart and for praying for others. You are doing the right thing, keep going and rejoice in the work Abba is doing in your family by your example. Hugs!
Thank you for this. I am using it with the grandkids tonight for our lesson. Just a reminder of why we celebrate Hannukah and not the pagan ritual of Christmas. It's hard for us all this season, as it is every Christmas season. It just reminds us how different we are, and how much we do not fit. The teachers and schools have worked hard to whip the kids into a frenzy. This will be a good reminder for us all -this is our third year of celebrating Hannukah instead and it gets easier each year. My only disappointment is I thought we would be celebrating in the Shamayim - I'm so anxious to go.Some days are harder than others. Today is one of them.
when i told my family that i wasn't doing christmas anymore they got upset with me but i fell My father is more important then anyone and what he wants us to do that is what i am going to do. I felt bad but that is how i feel and i want to thank you for bringing up Chanukkah i am going to do that instead. :) Thank you for doing this video.
My parents implored me to not "alienate" my (Christian) siblings by not celebrating Christmas. I guess I'll be disappointing my family in favor of pleasing Elohim, too.
i feel bad but Elohim is more important to me then any one. it is nice to see other people like your self feel the same way and stand up for whats right. hanukkah sounds like it will be fun celebrate.
Yahshua said to watch for him according to his Moedim Appointed times. And said we are to remember his death upon the stake and not to remember his birth. For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup you proclaim his death until He comes.
Hannukkah is such a radiant celebration. I'm so grateful for this enlightening instruction and refer back to it every year. I delight in calling it the Festival of Lights as well as the Feast of Dedication. It memorializes dedication to ABBA, Father, YHWH. For the last few years I've used it as an opportunity to dedicate specific aspects of my life to ABBA like my learning to play my ukulele, gardening, activities with children, taking care of my physical body, sharing meals with others in meaningful ways and how to be a servant of others in practical everyday life. Usually I have journaled each day of the 8 days. What a joy it is to read my journals from past years and see how ABBA, Father, YHWH has used my dedication to Him and how He has blessed it. I'm always freshly instructed and inspired to do it again.
thank you for responding to my message. I have so many questions but with your videos I'm understanding so much more than before and I just ordered my hs book can't wait to be able to read it!
Can't wait to share this with my Sunday school class very soon and our Minister. Over half are college graduates so this will be a great discussion. Once again Alan thank you for the information.
Thank you Allan! We have been teached about this garbage of christmas (babylonian origin) in our local church in South of Brazil and we will celebrate Hannukah there and at home! It's a shame that most of people in Brazil don't speak English but I wil make an abstract in Portuguese to serve our brothers. Yeshua bless you!
It will be my first time this year. I have had no true holiday season for years now. I usually just go out camping with my wife. Christmas trees creep me out... Idk it's weird.
Baruk are you beloved Benayahu Alan, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your teachings, I look forward to meeting you in the Shamayim soon, what's really cool about this lesson ,9 candlesticks also represent September ,shalom...
I was having a dispute with an athiest.and i googled evolution vs. Creation.ended up on your youtube teaching.you are a wise teacher and have blessed my understanding of the word.I too have studied Brad Scott's words mean things. SHALOME
I saw the heart break of those that "did not have enough." It does not take you long to see how its breeds hatred and unhappiness, not to mention striving in life. It was hard on my husband to understand for a little while because of his daughter and now his grandchildren. He understands completely now. You really do find out what means the most "instead of the religion and satanic practice of acquiring THINGS!" Now you can LOVE MORE...the greatest gift through Yeshua there is!
Thank you so much, Alan, for enlightening us.....praying now for ELOHIM to help me break away from this pagan holiday (mostly the loving memories attached to it) & learn the fun of celebrating Chanukah. 👑🔥
Thank you for this teaching. Within our family it has become quite a battle. My sisters want to celebrate Christmas with the mindset "I'm not celebrating it with a pagan mindset". My father and I are trying to explain to them that it is not US we should be celebrating a holiday for, but rather for Elohim. And that Christmas is not a biblical feast and actually has a pagan and occult history. When me and my dad told them that we won't be celebrating Christmas this year my sister literally cried. So this is very difficult for all of us. But I've already made up my mind. Who are we/you celebrating Christmas for? Is it Elohim? And who are we/you trying to make happy by celebrating Christmas? Is this also Elohim? And do you think that Elohim is happy when we celebrate an occult holiday even though we don't intend to do that with that mindset? We ask them those questions and they don't really have a good answer for that. I will show them this video hoping they will find understanding about this topic. Once again, thank you very much, Alan.
thank you so much - been feeling the need to get rid of EVERYTHING holidays - various stores are BRIGHT and shiny again and just had a massive CLEANSING feeling..wanted to brush up on the teaching. BLESS you - so grateful..
Brother Alan - such a blessing as I truly find each little path - perhaps in the niche of "time" - never before has such an urgent flood of "all the little things" that would be RATHER BIG to Elohim - ever grateful for the Ruach which I am living testimony he indeed DOES cleanse and renew right up and until the LAST breathe - WHAT a presence he has made in my walk - Today after many years in wheelchair I stood and walked across the floor - taking my breathe away at the GOODNESS and LIGHT only YSHW has available if we ONLY FOLLOW his ways and not the ways of the world. Sometimes we may "think" we are doing "right" only to find thru the Ruach that we have so much more - He is so trustworthy - I bless his NAME YHWH for indeed waiting UP for me :)
Thanks Alan, wow i'm glad our family doesn't celebrate christmas that way anymore. We do decorate a tree, and exchange gifts in love to one another at my parents place, and we remember Christ and what He has done for us, but I think we will also include the real festival of Hanukkah in my home as I no longer use a tree , and I am interested in the deeper festivals of the Living God. I admire the Jewish self discipline and keeping God's feasts. I think I will get a Hanukkah candle too, and display it in my window as well.
I do believe this is a study, that is for those who truely set themselves apart from "THE WORLD". In learning about origins of these "holy days" , I found it to be a treasure of wisdom, understanding ... but also a huge stumbling block for me. I look at all the mainstream stores, I see trees in peoples houses and all I can think about...Is that tree is a symbol of rebellion, idolotry and divorce. It saddens me and at times even angers me, that people do not understand... Now i dont claim to be perfect, I used to celebrate it as a kid - not knowing any better. I find it difficult to express how I feel about it all, correctly and in an upright manner. Any advice or words that will allow myself to feel some peace about others , so blinded by this dark celebration?
Thank you for this, I am sharing, I use to be Catholic, I woke up in 2011, and no longer am I Catholic, I can't believe all the pagan things in that religion...I stopped celebrating Christmas a few years ago and I celebrate Hanukkah, so fulling and beautiful and also santa - satan...this is no coincidence, all evil .....Father Yahweh bless....
The Coca-Cola Company began its Christmas advertising in the 1920s with shopping-related ads in magazines like The Saturday Evening Post. The first Santa ads used a strict-looking Claus, in the vein of Thomas Nast. In 1930, artist Fred Mizen painted a department-store Santa in a crowd drinking a bottle of Coke. The ad featured the world's largest soda fountain, which was located in the department store Famous Barr Co. in St. Louis, Mo. Mizen's painting was used in print ads that Christmas season, appearing in The Saturday Evening Post in December 1930. In 1931 the company began placing Coca-Cola ads in popular magazines. Archie Lee, the D'Arcy Advertising Agency executive working with The Coca-Cola Company, wanted the campaign to show a wholesome Santa who was both realistic and symbolic. So Coca-Cola commissioned Michigan-born illustrator Haddon Sundblom to develop advertising images using Santa Claus - showing Santa himself, not a man dressed as Santa.
It is shocking that more "Christians" are not subscribed to your channel. What your teaching on and what HS are doing is revolutionary... Do you think the reason for this absence of followers is because they are addicted to the white washed teachings of paid off pastors? I feel the parable about the ten maidens is happening now. Particularly the part where the load voice announcing the return of the bride and groom. That is a parallel to what HS is trying to do! Putting it all back the way it was supposed to. As pure as it can be. I don't know. It's just what I've been feeling as of late. Thks for the words Alan. Peace.
+BoyFresh Robbin Have you seen "Renewing Your Mind"? Alan explains the absence in that one very clearly - it knocks my breath out every time he says, "No, you DON'T [believe in God]" talking about "Christians" who go to church and treat it like a club and have no prayer life, no commitment to the Word. It's a powerful study and message about why people are actively avoiding these teachings. It's so sad, I cry every time I watch it. Shalom, KG
A little off topic but thought I'd share something that encouraged me today. My granddaughter gave me a drawing she made- a picture of Noah's Ark with 2 giraffes, 2 birds, 2 rabbits and 2 snakes (not sure why snakes) that was well done and the door sealed. Joel 2:31 says the sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the great and terrible day of the Lord. I may be off base here but the recent blood moons and eclipse as well as what we see in the world around us- well perhaps Elohim is telling us he is sealing the Ark. I believe we are very close. Hopefully we won't have to endure Halloween or Christmas.
+Big Red From what I've read God's calendar provides a possibility of Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) on Oct. 24, 2015. Happens to be a Sabbath Day. The UN celebrates 70 years on this day. The Day of Ashura (Islamic day of terror) also falls on this day. I have also read that the new month begins on the 1rst visible crescent from Jerusalem which makes September 23rd for The Day of Atonement 2 days early. With all the world events we may be on the verge of something significant. It is interesting. We shall see.
Wow brother. I appreciate the link to this video. I actually skipped it thinking I knew everything there was to know but YEAH I WAS WRONG. Lol. You knocked this one out of NJ. I have to listen again...there was so many details in it that I must research for myself. Great body of work here. Many blessings your way. You are making me a very hated man! Thanks.
Intentions are awesome sweet Alan(RIP). But it unfortunately falls on deaf ears! Praying people have ears to hear, eyes to see, and hearts that understand YHWH’S Truth!! ABBA Father YHWH tells us exactly WHAT to celebrate. And we should Not add to or take away from His Word! Research His Feasts brothers and sisters, and make HIS celebrations a part of your family’s celebrations!! Be blessed and be a blessing!!! All praise and esteem to YHWH!!!!
Shalom Alan. Great video and thank you for explaining the meaning of Hanukkah. Many have said it is rooted in paganism and would see the arguments about it every year on fb but never truly understood the true meaning. Shalom :)
+Cynthia Richardson I'm sure there are pagan elements that some add to it, Cynthia ... but there's nothing pagan about the elements I mention here in this video. The miracle of YHWH adding one day's worth of oil, each day, to the Menorah for eight days ... and the military miracle of the Maccabeans defeating the greatest army on earth ... are recorded in the Book of Maccabees. Also, beyond that, the points made at the end of this video, by Nicholas Zimmer, truly bring esteem to Elohim and are wonderful points of worship for us to make every year!
+Alan Horvath Brother Alan my family and I are so excited to finally understand Hanukkah and look forward to the celebration this year. YHWH has used you to help us in our walk with Him. Your videos are uplifting and full of truth and encouragement. Truly thankful. HalleuYah! Shalom dear brother and and may YHWH continue to baruch you always. Shabbat Shalom ;)
+The Hermit G.S.A I'm not sure I understand your question ... I think what the Word says about it is True. Do you have a scripture in mind or a particular question about it?
This has been a wonderful video, I will have to look on how to do the candles, being a Ex Roman Catholic I am use to the past, but I haven't done Christmas for about 3 years now, but there are times when the Catholic wants to come out, hehe,,but no I am staying away from all Pagan crap with Fathers help:) Have a good evening..
+Alan Horvath yes thank you that is what I wanted to ask if you had a video on it but didn't want to sound dumb:) thank you, will tell my brother as well,
Hello Alan, from the bottom of my heart and soul I thank you for the truth. When I was saved and baptised, I knew their was something missing. I knew there was more to the preachers and their rhetoric, the congregation and their judgments on each other..since Ive decided not to go to a church building any more..I pray and have time with YHWH each and every moment I can thru out the day....all because of you Alan, our lives have changed,,, more Peace, more respect for each other more forgiveness..just more of what life should be about...My daughter slammed her bedroom door at me yelling that Im taking christmas away from her...i told her wouldnt you like do it all week instead of just one morning for about an hr?...She's coming around now I think..I told her about the Pagan history and to watch your videos..all I can say is THANK YOU Alan for the Real stuff! Shalom!
Yay, Linda! You're an inspiration bringing the LIGHT to your child without compromise to the world. "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart from it." Proverbs something. :)
Very good video. I have learned a great deal. The September birth date is backed by Luke 1 vs 26 - 31. It says Gabriel was sent by God in the "sixth month" which is approximately our modern September. However, that is when she conceived of the Holy Spirit. Now add a gestation of 266 days and the Lords birth would be around our month June.
Great info and Bless you! My family have come to accept my conviction not to participate in any of the holidays. They know the truth and either don't accept it or don't feel the same conviction. Gotta love them where they are!
alan love your videos. They have helped me understand so much! It has been an easy change for our family. Having trouble with my family understanding the no holidays. It does take some getting used to since all these years we have been taught differently. Can you recommend a video to help understand more about birthday celebrations. Thank you for your help.
+Linz524 k We've all grown up with these traditions and have a hard time letting them go because of the strong association with family and memories. I haven't covered birthdays yet ... perhaps I will soon - I just had a birthday yesterday and kept telling everyone, "Every day is my birthday ... not just once a year. I know you love me, but I know it's not only once a year that you feel this way either!"
I would like to see where he received all the history on these issues. I absolutely agree that Yeshua was not born on 25th of December. Thanks for sharing. I believe that what Alan is saying is the truth. It's been a very long time since I've had a christmas tree in my house or celebrated christmas. Yes, truthfully thanks.
That was awesome! I was looking forward to it since last week =) Last year I had a dream about christmas being bad- The father of lies, Satan (Santa) is the first thing kids believe in. Then, the ones who they're supposed to trust (parents) are the ones who lied to them! Doesn't that just about sum up what Satan's pitch was in the garden to Hawwah? "Did he really say that..." Makes you think! Thank you for what you're doing Alan! Restoring all the truth, weeding out the lies that I grew up believing... YHWH's work is what you're doing my friend! Could you do some more explanations of moedim for future videos? I like these so much =)
Adre Claassens Hello friend! Yes, it is crazy- don't be too hard on yourself, no one is perfect! We are forgiven for our shortfalls, thanks to YESHUA the messiah! =)
+heath ashley I started calling him satan claus so the kids really understood his nature. i thought it would be hard for them to understand but they get it and want their friends to get it too. we've lost many friends because we speak out against christmas and the practices.
Very good video, Alan. I try to explain these truths to people but they think I am crazy basically, saying those things don't apply to these "holidays" anymore. I will post this to them. I live in Turkey now and they don't celebrate these "holidays" anyways, which makes it easier for me to get away from them, however they also do not believe Yeshua is the Mashiach so it makes it difficult for my wife to understand.
in my search for the real me, and the feelings about the catholic church i did take a distance because my whole life i feel that it was not right, buildings with demons, and all that stuff was not for me so i was not an active christian. I am a retired military person who was a lot in the gulf area because there is always a conflict i had the feeling that i missed something, it took a long time to realise that it was jesus, i dont know what he did but when i did research and find out what evil the roman church is, strangely my heart was filled with love. i am starting to read the bible again and strangely i am thinking the whole day about him. And about Christmas this was for me only one day to be with my family, thats what i always felt, i tried the last year to find all the answers by searching through archives, look at messengers like you to explain why i always had different feelings about this all, i found almost all the answers myself, i was only a little bit in panic because i have to go to the church again and i dont want to do any pegan rituals i want to worship the one and only God. Now these days i found you on athe internet and you answerred all my questions thank you for that. what i found especial about the birth date of jesus i think that he was born the 10th or 11th of september, but thats what i found by collecting the sighns in heaven. god bless you
Keep Saturn in Saturnalia lol. Too funny. Great presentation on this subject and what a wonderful alternative, to celebrate Hanukkah instead of that other pagan/occult holiday!
EXCELLENT, thank you, Alan! How do you personally respond to being wished a "Merry Christmas," if you don't mind my asking? I need to prepare my own response that is gracious and yet qodesh to Elohim. And, thanks to Nicolas for another excellent addition. I've found some "grafted in" style menorahs, but not the 9-branch Hanukiah. We'll get a plain one if we can't find a messianic one, but I love the grafted-in symbol. Thank you, again and again! Shalom chavari and fellow qodeshim, KG
+Mrjohnboy1965 Hi, my friend. Yes, Hanukah is traditionally Jewish, but that is mainly because of the anit-Semitic practices of churches of all denominations. Romans 11 talks about us being grafted in to the family! We've been adopted by the Father - He has natural (Jews) and adopted (Gentile Believers) children. Just like in an earthly family with natural and adopted children the traditions, guidelines, and rules are the same for everyone under that roof. We never should have been taught "that's just for the Jews" - we have been grafted into the original olive tree. Check out Romans 11, you'll see all the "just for the Jews" things in a new light. As for feeling guilty about following Elohim and teaching your children to avoid darkness...do I need to finish that sentence? You might be the ONLY source of true Light in their lives. Shalom, chavari, KG
Brother Alan, I think people aren't giving their children enough credit to understand the reasons why we should not celebrate Christmas. I have a 7 year old, and once she was told about the truth behind Christmas, she wanted to do what Abba Father wants us to do. My advice to other parents would be to sit down with your children and talk about how celebrating Christmas isn't what YHWH wants us to do. You don't have to go into the gorey details. Thank you Alan for this study!
+Jackie Storace That's what Tikun Olam (explained in this video) is for, Jackie! Most children show a much greater aptitude of understanding and Truth than adults do because they haven't had as many years of worldly indoctrination.
This is where the Purge movie came from. Instead of 12 days, it was 12 hours. I pointed this out on one of the Purge trailer years ago and I got so much hate.
Despite knowing the pagan origins of the day Dec 25, I believe the intention behind our actions/traditions are what is important. I regret what all those pagans did centuries ago but I don't feel celebrating the savior on 12.25 does anything to honor those old origins/practices. My heart is full of joy at Christmas as I bake for friends and sing Joy to the World, O Holy Night, O Little Town of Bethlehem , etc... I have forgone the tree, santa clause, consumerism, jingle bells and all such silliness but still love the spiritual carols, lights, and giving alms to those in need for His Glory. No harm in that, in my opinion.
+Daymiun OK, can you clarify what part of what part of what I said you think offends Elohim? With scripture to back it up, please. Is it the singing of spiritual hymns about Christ's birth? Giving to the needy? Enjoying looking at lights? I don't feel led to throw the baby out with the bath water, so to speak. I have a relationship with Elohim and the holy spirit guides my steps, so I trust Him to impress upon me/convict me, etc.
Sammye King It doesn't matter what you think is right. Elohim confirms we should stay away from false gods, never to even speak the name of them. Now you are trying to give Him love and appreciation by doing things that other people did to worship their false gods. We aren't talking about giving to the needy when is that ever bad? Um never. We are talking about what people did previously to worship their false gods as in the Christmas tree or any other practice to their false gods. When people think of Christmas they think of Christmas okay? People don't say Happy birth of Jesus! and run around spreading the good news. People instead buy a tree decorate it, do things the Father could care less about. It's not the spirit of the holiday it's the actions behind them. If you want to celebrate the birth of Jesus then leave all that Christmas garbage out
Shalom Alan ! From my understanding The Hanukkiah 9 branched menorah is a false "tradition of men" that has altered the one, true , and only 7-branched Temple Menorah that the Maccabees desperately fought the Greeks to miraculously preserve. I light a 7-branched Temple Menorah (with olive oil cups) for eight days, all seven cups lit for the full 8 days, so as to remember and honor the Holy Temple Menorah of Elohim in Jerusalem, which was NEVER lit with less than all 7 oil cups (until the 40 years after Yeshua's crucifixion, 28CE to 68CE, during which the Menorah lights would somehow blow out during the evening, and the heavy, locked Temple doors would somehow swing open). Blessings of Yahushua upon you achi : )
+EMET YAHU You are correct, Emet. Hanukkah is a man-made holiday; it has nothing of Elohim's commands about it ... it is just the way people choose to celebrate the miracles Elohim bestowed on the Maqqavoth back then.
Please do a video about the Menorh'ah Flag vs. the so called Star of Dawīd flag. Also explain how and why all of the sudden the Star of Dawīd flag became the forefront of Yisra’ēl and not the Menorh'ah? I do love your content Talmid of YAH in Mashicha Yeshuah. Be blessed and Shalom, 🕎✝️❤️🤴🏾👑😇🙏🏿
Very insightful & interesting! Please consider the book of Galatiyim, especially where Shaul confronts Kepha about Gentile believers. Halleluyah to Elohim, that Christmas, Easter and All Saints Day, once were times of Satanic holidays are now are days which esteem YHWH & HA'MASHIAH! Elohim works in mysterious ways!
+Alan Horvath Shaul stresses in Galatiyim the point that gentile believers, do not have conform to all of the Torah, (gal 2) & that the Torah was a trainer, up to the time of Mashiah (gal 3, 11-29). We are personally free to follow it's dietary laws, circumcision and the like, but we are not required (Gal 2, 9). Believers who celebrate Mashiah & YHWH on Christmas, Easter, All Saints Day or any another day are not to be condemned. Every day is created by Elohim & every day we can esteem him! No matter if Satanic ones claim the day or not . I love your teaching Brother, but I don't want to fall into the trap that Kepha, was about to fall into, until, Shaul, brought it to his attention. Saved by faith in Mashiah, & this faith is supplied by the Ruah.
+Mike Banzhoff Oh ... so you are saying that it's okay for believers to esteem demonic doctrines and the things of Satan INSTEAD of esteeming the things of Elohim. I see.
+Alan Horvath Not at all Bro Allan, nothing can be further from the TRUTH! Please consider Romans 14 , 13-23. May Elohim continue to bless and lead you in his wisdom.
My daughter actually came to me and thanked me for NOT lying to her about the heathen "holidaies" (yes I know I spelled it wrong, I do that on purpose)
+Angie Cox Every time someone's birthday is mentioned in the Word, it's bad ... like the beheading of John the Baptist. Really, we should ONLY give esteem to Elohim. Celebrating someone's birthday, generally, is an expression of love; showing how we appreciate that person in our lives. But why wait for their birthday to come? And why do it only once every year? Traditions usually create bad habits in all of us.
Also there is a Correlation of Yohnan birth by Elizabeth and Miriam visit during there celebrations and there / pregnacy / Birth Yahsua & Yohanan ! :) ? a season to rejoice much different than now ?
Alan, Have you seen the Eth Cepher? It has all the books that you mention, but all in one volume. It has also restored YHWH's name and added the Eth wherever it was in the old and new testament. I have a copy of it and the HaleluYah scriptures. They compliment each other nicely. Keep up the excellent work. May Elohim continue to bless you!!
+Jason Brackin This looks very interesting, Jason! I'll be looking into it ... if anyone is interested, here is some info: www.cepher.net/sample-scriptures.aspx
+Jason Brackin PS: I've spent some time on their web site ... watched Stephen Pidgeon's video, etc. ... and I ordered a copy, along with a set of tabs for each book - a total of $110.00, and well worth it, considering what I do here on UA-cam. Once I get my copy, I'll make a video and review it for everyone.
+Ray Brock It is Modern Hebrew, Ray ... but no matter - the otiot all have the same meanings, regardless the form used, whether Modern or Paleo or the Ancient Pictographs I use.
+Alan Horvath The Cepher actually has both. A chart that had the ancient on the left side and the modern on the right side in smaller print, along with the meanings of each letter or symbol. Not as good as Alan's book on the OTIOT, but still understandable.
Loving your teachings Alan, thank you for your guidance. I recently told my family I wouldn't be celebrating Christmas this year and explained the pagan origins and so forth. They laughed at me like I'm some sort of loon. My mother's in a state of severe depression and I don't want to jeopardise her happiness on this day. Would my semi-involvement in gift giving and family dinner be wrong, even though I'm whole-heartedly giving my heart to Yahuah Elohim?
+PazzaTV inadvertently would imply lack of knowledge, or being unaware. Those who are truly unaware or taught from a young age to condone and follow holidays, rituals, or wrong doing of any kind are not looked down upon in Gods eyes, he see our hearts, and knows our minds. However, with that said any time one gains Gods word or knowledge regarding what is right or wrong in Gods eyes, then continues to celebrate or continues wrongdoing, they are at fault. There is no way to innocently celebrate a pegan holiday. Jesus did not ask us to celebrate his birth. Even so he wasn't born in December. Our family fought us strongly when we discovered the truth 8 yrs ago and turned away from Christmas, Easter, Holloween and other pegan holidays. Our friends said we lost our minds. They used the kids, to make us feel guilty, but it didn't work. God is greater than any worldly gift or any so called joy. To be honest, when we did celebrate Christmas, it was very stressful. We spent way to much money on gifts, ate to much food, felt obligated to give gifts and antisapated gifts in return. After the holidays were the worst, we had alot to clean up, making places to store decorations for a year, debt to pay off. We have been so much happier since we turned from this. God has blessed our lives with happiness and true joy. Its sometimes difficult to walk away from this world but our kids don't even seem to miss it. They have a deep love for God and only wish to please him. I hope this helps you in some way, may God continue to guide you.
I heard him say in a video about when Jesus was born, that He was born sometime In March or April and now he says He was born in August or September. so, when was he born? just asking.
hey allan where you get the info from i looked on a couple of books .found saturnalia but the fertility god mentioned in there is "telles mater or cybele" . i would like to read where you got some more of this info for myself. i do have some butcant find asura ot tumuse if thats the correct spelling
Have you done a video on your conversion? Please forgive me for not even knowing how to ask you ! You are so learned in the true way the Word of God should have been translated it makes me wonder if I will understand the Hallelujah Scriptures! Why didn’t the King have it translated by a person of Jewish decent? At least then we would not have been led to believe that Our Father was not really Jesus Christ ! Do you have a video on where we started using Jesus Christ instead and why? Also was the word Christ really another way to lead us to believe a lie?
1. I've never had a "conversion," Anne ... I've believed what I profess here ever since I can remember. 2. The HS is easier to understand than any English bible out there! The only thing they've done is to restore all the proper names. 3. The Father is not the Son! Please watch this: ua-cam.com/video/2gYjUCuYMrY/v-deo.html 4. Here are my videos about the Names: ua-cam.com/play/PL62D3F264A92EA146.html
hey alan this is off subject but would like to ask about the history of metatron.I know is enoch however I only accept enoch 1.I don't trust the other 2 versions and can't find any other info on the changing from enoch to metatron.can you clarify this? again Yeshua bles you.
+John Nance Although he is mentioned in a few brief passages in the Talmud, Metatron appears primarily in mystical Kabbalistic texts within the rabbinical Jewish tradition (mostly abominations). In that tradition, he is the highest of the malachim and serves as the celestial scribe or "recording angel." However, since he isn't in the general cannon of the Word, I doubt we would do well to search him out. I'd leave it alone, John.
I had to re-watch this as the season approaches to refresh my memory about some of this stuff. I miss your studies Alan. But I’m sure you’re learning with Yeshua now. Rest In Peace.
You are blessed by Elohim.
So happy to have this pop up today!!!
Praise YhWh
Jennifer Gordineer You don't have to be Jewish to celebrate Hanukkah, everyone can celebrate it.
What a beautiful story thank you for sharing. All Praise to YHWH thru Yahshua for your child's return. HalleluYah
Halleluyah sister.
My husband also thinks I'm a loon. haha. So be it in my search for truth.
Just slowly swap things around until all of the saturnalia junk is replaced! : D
We haven't celebrated Christmas for a very long time nor Easter and definitely not Halloween..
It's very very clear in the book of Jeremiah.about Christmas and the tree.Whats bad is those who say" 😞 that don't mean that to me"
A Loon is a bird☺and you are flying away from the ways of the 🌎☺
I’ve only just came across your channel on my search for truth, very interesting,, Thank you brother, all praise to YAH
SHALOM
Thank you Alan! Our family has decided this year to purge our home and hearts of all the pagan holidays.
Results? 4 yrs later?

We miss you Alan. See you soon in the kingdom
AHMEIN!!!
I was a bully before I was born again = /
Thank you for responding to me, because it's important to me to hear from other sisters about this.
+Littlebit Tavano Your testimony encourages my heart, too, Littlebit, thank you. Yes, I'm looking forward to Hanukah, too!
Tell them you've converted to judiasm and they are being intolerent if they complain.
Each day I learn more and more thank you Alan. :)
Can't wait to share this with my Sunday school class very soon and our Minister. Over half are college graduates so this will be a great discussion. Once again Alan thank you for the information.
Chanukkah sameach ve-shana tova! Great idea! Shalom.
Great video, Alan. We celebrated Hanukkah last year and felt so blessed.
It will be my first time this year.
I have had no true holiday season for years now. I usually just go out camping with my wife.
Christmas trees creep me out... Idk it's weird.
+BoyyFresh Robbin It's also my families first year of NO pagan holidays.
+BoyyFresh Robbin Way to Go!
Thanks guys! I love this time of year. Not because of the "holidays", but because in California it cools down dramatically. Lol
Colorado as well. Its beautiful! Enjoy
Baruk are you beloved Benayahu Alan, thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your teachings, I look forward to meeting you in the Shamayim soon, what's really cool about this lesson ,9 candlesticks also represent September ,shalom...
I'm so glad I found your channel. thank you for your teachings sir, you are a wise man.
This year I started calling x-mas trees idol light trees.
I just want to say I really enjoy your teachings about YAHUAH!
Halleluyah!
Miss you my brother in Christ. Can't wait to give you a christian hug in heaven.
Excellent explanation. Thank You!
Shalom.. it's good to hear and see you. A great feeling of knowing the truth to strengthen me. once again thanks. shalom.
You always are enlightening! Berekah Alan.
Thanks Alan for reminders and insights of the season!
Halleli-Yah my brother Alan. Thank you so much.
people seem to have forgotten.christ has risen.
Forgiveness.
You described how I feel about all this deception…
Thank you for this, I am sharing, I use to be Catholic, I woke up in 2011, and no longer am I Catholic, I can't believe all the pagan things in that religion...I stopped celebrating Christmas a few years ago and I celebrate Hanukkah, so fulling and beautiful and also santa - satan...this is no coincidence, all evil .....Father Yahweh bless....
Shalom brother, I don't celebrate Christmas, I care not for the word of pagan Rome in anything, thank you, brother.
"Miriam was the first to be a tabernacle for Elohim....." Beautiful!
Enlightening, educational, historically accurate, & most of all, anointed words to save people from lies!
God bless you richly
Your study really according to God. really life change teaching.
Peace.
You're*
I get it, auto corrected stinks. Lol
Shalom, KG
There is a narrow gate and a wide gate.
+Rocky Brooks can anyone figure out what date or season the ark was sealed?? I always wondered about that.
+Big Red
From what I've read God's calendar provides a possibility of Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) on Oct.
Thanks so much Alan! You have just given me such inspiration!!!
The TRUTH will set you free!
+Alan Horvath what do you think about the divine council ???
+The Hermit G.S.A I'm not sure I understand your question ... I think what the Word says about it is True. Do you have a scripture in mind or a particular question about it?
+Alan Horvath search " the divine council Dr Michael Heiser "
This has been a wonderful video, I will have to look on how to do the candles, being a Ex Roman Catholic I am use to the past, but I haven't done Christmas for about 3 years now, but there are times when the Catholic wants to come out, hehe,,but no I am staying away from all Pagan crap with Fathers help:) Have a good evening..
+Angie68 I'll do a video, showing how to light the candles, well before Chanukkah this December 7th.
+Alan Horvath yes thank you that is what I wanted to ask if you had a video on it but didn't want to sound dumb:) thank you, will tell my brother as well,
+Angie68 I'm thinking I'll do it sometime in November ... well before Chanukkah, which begins on December 7th this year.
+Alan Horvath thank you I will keep an eye for this video, have a great day:)
+Alan Horvath yes yes , I cant wait. so happy you are doing that, thank you.
Shalom!
+Linda Beach HalleluYah, Linda!
Halleluyah sister.
Thank you for this teaching!
thank you! I'm definitely sharing!
alan love your videos. They have helped me understand so much! It has been an easy
change for our family.
I still would want to celebrate the birth of Yeshua, I will pray and ask Elohim for an answer as to how to do so.
I believe His (accurate) birth date is September 11th.
:o)
Close enough, thank you - Chuck Missler also stated that Yahshua's birth in the flesh was in September.
That was awesome! I was looking forward to it since last week =) Last year I had a dream about christmas being bad-
The father of lies, Satan (Santa) is the first thing kids believe in.
I like these so much =)
+heath ashley I've covered the seven moedim, Heath ... I can't think of anything more I could say about them:
ua-cam.com/video/ihO0q23NbGo/v-deo.html
Adre Claassens Hello friend! Yes, it is crazy- don't be too hard on yourself, no one is perfect! We are forgiven for our shortfalls, thanks to YESHUA the messiah! =)
+heath ashley Amen brother!
+heath ashley I started calling him satan claus so the kids really understood his nature. i thought it would be hard for them to understand but they get it and want their friends to get it too. we've lost many friends because we speak out against christmas and the practices.
awsome info on the paganism holiday.people needs to know.
Thank You my brother. I subscribed. I really love your work. And how you use the fathers true name.
Thank you Alan for your study i agree whit you :)
in my search for the real me, and the feelings about the catholic church i did take a distance because my whole life i feel that it was not right, buildings with demons, and all that stuff was not for me so i was not an active christian.
Now these days i found you on athe internet and you answerred all my questions thank you for that.
what i found especial about the birth date of jesus i think that he was born the 10th or 11th of september, but thats what i found by collecting the sighns in heaven.
god bless you
HalleluYah, Harry! You have been CALLED, my friend!
Keep Saturn in Saturnalia lol. Too funny. Great presentation on this subject and what a wonderful alternative, to celebrate Hanukkah instead of that other pagan/occult holiday!
That WAS hilarious!
Shalom. Hindus celebrate Deepavali aka Festival of Lights. Small containers with wicks are lighted & placed around the garden plus house.
+Linda MacIntyre Thank you works, but I'm hoping for something gracious and yet clearly non-complicit. Maybe that's impossible...I don't know.
+Kar Giver I just say Happy Channukah to anyone that says merry xmas. It is a good ice breaker for talking about why I don't celebrate xmas.
+Kar Giver I'm with Nicholas, Karen ... "Happy Chanukkah!" Then, if they ask a question about the response, it may become an opportunity to teach!
Thanks, chavarim! I'll be ready in the Ruach to give a reply. HalleluYah!
Same here. We stopped attending "church" a long time ago. It's not always easy to do what's right, but it is more satisfying in the long run.
Hey Alan, so I get the holidays are pagan, but how about birthdays and anniversaries? Thank you for your knowledge in advance.
+Sammye King In your opinion, but not the opinion of Elohim
If you want to celebrate the birth of Jesus then leave all that Christmas garbage out
@@sneakysquirrel4253 AHMEIN!!!!!!
Be blessed and Shalom,

Very insightful & interesting! Please consider the book of Galatiyim, especially where Shaul confronts Kepha about Gentile believers. Halleluyah to Elohim, that Christmas, Easter and All Saints Day, once were times of Satanic holidays are now are days which esteem YHWH & HA'MASHIAH! Elohim works in mysterious ways!
+Mike Banzhoff Please site particular chapters and verses ... those Satanic holidays do NOT esteem Elohim in any way, shape, or form.
Alan where do we buy this candle holder?
I'm curious about birthdays are they considered bad?
+Alan Horvath Alan - isn't the OTIOT they use the modern one?
+Ray Brock It is Modern Hebrew, Ray ... but no matter - the otiot all have the same meanings, regardless the form used, whether Modern or Paleo or the Ancient Pictographs I use.
+Alan Horvath The Cepher actually has both. A chart that had the ancient on the left side and the modern on the right side in smaller print, along with the meanings of each letter or symbol. Not as good as Alan's book on the OTIOT, but still understandable.
Lambs are out in the fields in spring time May and June
Loving your teachings Alan, thank you for your guidance. I recently told my family I wouldn't be celebrating Christmas this year and explained the pagan origins and so forth. They laughed at me like I'm some sort of loon. My mother's in a state of severe depression and I don't want to jeopardise her happiness on this day. Would my semi-involvement in gift giving and family dinner be wrong, even though I'm whole-heartedly giving my heart to Yahuah Elohim?
There's never anything wrong in doing things that make you mother or you father happy, my friend.
I'm in all the way Alan, for the sake of being transformed.
only other place I found was a version of the ascension or testament of moses.
Phenomenal revelation, do those who inadvertently celebrate the event in good intent still suffer condemnation?
+PazzaTV Of course. We can NOT take what is qodesh and what is profane and mix them!
Elohim knows our hearts.
Isn't Nine candles too many? I thought it was supposed to be Seven or
Eight maybe for the Eight day celebration. Please help me out with this.
Awesome stuff Alan ! :)
Please watch this: ua-cam.com/video/2gYjUCuYMrY/v-deo.html
4. Here are my videos about the Names: ua-cam.com/play/PL62D3F264A92EA146.html
there's no way shepards takes the sheep out to the hillside in winter.lambs are born same timeframe every year which is in spring or summer.
Berakah chaver
what is your opinion on the Aquarian Gospel of Jesus the Christ?
+Joseph Ritchie I read it many, many years ago, Joseph. It is a doctrine of demons ... I say do NOT partake of it.
Was Hanukkah related in any way to Dewali' I believe they are both known as "The Festival of Lights"?
+John Michael Burns Not at all ... not in any way imaginable!
hey alan this is off subject but would like to ask about the history of metatron.I know is enoch however I only accept enoch 1.I don't trust the other 2 versions and can't find any other info on the changing from enoch to metatron.can you clarify this? again Yeshua bles you.
That is so obvious .
