I really find what you said as inspiration on life because everyone have those moments in life where you feel like you're the only one going through something rough... As for me my parents had a very rough divorced in 2012 and I felt so lost and a lone, try not to play sides.. Cause if no one knows the kids are the ones suffering you know and then that same year my aunt was diagnosed with cancer then lost her ability to walk and is still in mobile in 2014... And sometimes the struggle feels as though it's an endless dream that you can't wake up from. I'm not seeking any pats on the back or a pity party, but I do want to say that your videos do make a difference and you inspire me because you're so well rounded... But you being shameless really helps me look past my struggles and help me look at the overall bigger picture of life... #DontStopWontStopBeingShameless

I think people are ashamed of believing or even saying 'I believe in myself' I know I was like that before, but the more effort you invest into you the better you'll be. I also think that people should accept them selves as they are, if you're constantly working on your flaws you'll end up tired and at some point fed up. You're not meant to be perfect! I've been going through a very tough time for about a year now and I'm having such a terrible time of overcoming the anxiety, the depression, the feeling of hopelessness. It's become a cloak, if you will. I'm 23 and I shouldn't be bothered by the things that have hurt me from the past but I am. I actually went to your blog a few weekends ago and I read about Frida and saw the pictures and you are absolutely right!! Bought a sketch pad a month ago, and I just haven't had the motivation (or my own personal desk) to sit down and draw or just doodle...hell I minored in Visual Arts in college and haven't painted anything since 2007. Seems like life's struggles and the arts go together hand in hand. Still rebuilding my life piece by piece and just seems like forever until things "work". Plus I need to see a therapist LOL. Thanks for the videos!! : )

You should look up growth mindset vs. fixed mindset. Its about how to get over the bad things that happen and how to meet your goals. I'm learning about it in psychology right now, but its really inspirational.
