    Great to see some new equipment options DJ (though I don't have barbells). Another suggestion might a routine using a FID bench with dumbells? I already alter your various upperbody db routines to use mine (chest press, linear jammers, shoulder press, crush press, decline chest press, flys, arnolds), but always looking for more ideas, particularly around using the inclined orientations (rather than just the obvious flat and upright exercises).
