If anyone can help me understand why my iPhone 13 pro max that I just got a day ago 12/18/21, gets pretty dam warm when charging it, or just using it casually. And why does the battery seem to drain not to fast but does a bit quicker than I thought.

@@TheChosenOne90 I’m no expert on phones and have 0 experience with the inside of a phone but if you really want you can check by a repair shop and see what it really is. It’ll take like an hour or more but you won’t lose much from doing so.

Why not check the multi touch by using the advanced calculator app and slide your finger over all buttons and look for the highlight? Can rotate to both left and right orientation to verify gyroscope as well.

Tip= Always check battery health in purchasing any iPhone
They don’t teach in store reps about online because the online is looked at as a competitor to the stores. The online site usually has cheaper deals and different plans from what’s in store so they won’t teach you about the website since like I said it’s a competitor. Boost mobile is all franchises. As for changing your plan the boost one app works most of the time but the In store reps system lets them change customers plans to either 40,50, or 60. And if your an existing customer and your on the T-Mobile sim unfortunately you can’t change what network your in even if you buy an att sim as boost won’t let you. The only way around it is to own one of the rainbow sim/b5g phones and wait for boost to migrate you manually to the new network which actually uses all 3 network simultaneously
Also check the model number, to see if all parts are still original.

Also check imei, check if WiFi and Bluetooth are working as well!!! Some newer model iPhones have issues with Bluetooth and networking where you can’t even turn on Bluetooth it stays grayed out and that means the motherboard is bad

If I could give minus five stars I would. Product came without the rubber feet on the laptop. A simple request to get fixed was lost in a broken email server, then the 7 days past and backmarket refused to help me. This is the second terrible experience that I've had. If you're considering buying asurion insurance don't, they will also take advantage of you not honor their terms and conditions that you read that are included for replacement repair or refund. This entire organization is not to be trusted.
