Been getting a lot of questions about what supplies/equipment I would recommend when getting into the phone flipping business, hopefully this video answers some of your questions!
I Appreciate the knowledge Kristian, I am pretty much on sponge mode here doing a ton ton of research I have a cleaning business here in Illinois, U.S. but I really see potential in phone flipping and I was made aware of this from another Ytuber who has been doing it 6years not to mention the amount of money within the relative short time spent on a weekly/ monthly or annual basis + scalabilty of this all is what caught my attention! I subbed to your channel I think it was like 2 months back and so glad I did! I really appreciate you sharing this with everyone transparently because its good as gold, knowledge is power and this shi* works! I have seen it work. Sitting here with my spreadsheets, google docs and stuff and notepad lol. Thank you!
In my country people are selling busted phones for prices that after factoring in the cost of the replacement parts would be more expensive than a secondhand phone. I hope others are able to have more success
The amount of times I have gone to this website lol. 10/10 Video!! I have been flipping phones for a while not, but not consistently! Such a easy business to start.
Thanks Kristian for this video...I have made few sales so far after watching your previous ones. Quick question please, any tips on how to eliminate scratches from a screen? I bought an iPhone 11 pro weeks ago with few scratches on the screen and it taking time to sale...I have been getting a lot of inquiries but no closing. Thank you very much 😊
Glad to hear you are making sales! They make scratch removal machines that can remove the scratches but they are quite expensive, I would maybe check to see if any repair shops in your area have the machine and are willing to offer that service? Unfortunately other than that theres not much you can do about scratches, If you are buying a phone with scratches you can definitely use that as a negotiating tactic to get a better price.
I buy generic fox conn chargers. Same company that makes apple but no logo. If you’re selling newer models get type c. Anything older then an 11 I ship with usb
Head up, don't buy the new Dymo label makers, they scan rolls for QR codes to make sure you can only use expensive dymo labels only. Biggest scam ever.
Business to business. Means they only work with other legally registered businesses. If you google iPhone parts there are plenty that don’t only work b2b, prices are just a bit higher
Also what's your recommended place to buy the parts for broken phones to repair them? should we get the parts from ebay or is there any specific website you can mention here or make a whole video about it focused on Canadian market?
I have a question when shipping what method do you use for phones first class or ground? Every time I’ve gone to the post office they make me ship ground for any used device with a lithium battery inside.
Are you in Canada? It seems hard to find a direct buyer here compared to the U.S. and if I wanna ship out phones to direct buyers in the U.S I imagine the shipping will be expensive. How do you work around this?
Very nice vidoe. Since I am selling on Amazon Canada, so I have many of the mentioned tools. but a question that I had from eternity is that is it possible for you to share a price list of the phones we suppose to buy from FB marketplace or other places? Struggling a lot with this part?
I don’t really have a recommended price list, if you look at the recent sales on eBay you should be able to get a good idea of what a good buying price for a specific model is. Typically anywhere from $80-$150 below eBay sales is a good buying price.

Great video! Would love to see what your tracking on your inventory sheet.
Nothing crazy, just phone model, purchase price, imei # + sale price and profit
Why do only resell iPhones, why not android?
Great video! Any chance you can share the google sheet you use to keep inventory. Thanks!
All of his current videos have a free link to his spreadsheet, I know this comment is from 9 months ago. Nice spreadsheet BTW.
how do you get to a stage where you are able to switch from flipping to B2B selling?
It’s just about building up the capital to have the inventory needed for b2b + doing the networking to find the right buyers.
Do you mind sharing your excel sheet? Not the data, but as a template!
Where do you buy displays and back glasses from?
How do you do your taxes at the end of the year? Do you have an llc?

Yo Kristian. I have bought my first phone and fixed it, but it still hasn’t sold. Also, can you make a tutorial on how to make an inventory on excel?

Most of the companies I use are B2B only, I believe e source parts would be the best option if you are just starting out in Canada.
What’s the best way to know the current resell price for used iphones?
ebay
Could you link the chargers pls
I have a question when shipping what method do you use for phones first class or ground? Every time I’ve gone to the post office they make me ship ground for any used device with a lithium battery inside.
I use ground shipping

Can anyone link the charger block and cable that are/look original?
How do you know if the phone is stolen
i flip phones, but back then i was so lazy i wouldn't even use my own pictures for the phone, I'd literally google them😂

Phonecheck* it’s an enterprise tool so won’t make sense for most people. Only makes sense if you are buying more then 200 phones every month
