I sure hope XM hears you out! I fully agree with your "wings" and "mask" comments and I'm (pleasantly) surprised to see that his chest/belly hair are not just an arrow pointing down to his "junk". That was one of my concerns when ordering him, in some photos that "hair-arrow" was sticking out like a sore thumb. Would like to see XM sending you some more 1/6 pre-prod. or prototype pieces for review. Keep it up!

Damn it B!.... I’m sold. This is a lovely piece. I’ll have to pick this up. Admittedly I’m not a huge fan of this character but this is gorgeous piece. I’m already deep into this line. Love how they did the wings. I really hope they handle the helmet challenge well and provide more of a contrast in paint between wings/base.
He's a tough character to follow, with such a complex backstory. But, aesthetically, I've always considered him one of the best DC characters...I think this is a buy!
Did you order it after all? I got shipping notice for mine. It should arrive first week in 2022. Just hope it looks as good as the prototype. I'm pairing this statue with my DC Tweeterhead line. Great review!
Your "convincing" is too persuasive. It is because of you that I went down the XM Studios Transformers hole. It's a $10k pit that doesn't seem to have a bottom yet. LOL
Admittedly I don't know much about this character but if he's of Egyptian origin I wouldn't mind if he resembled an Egyptian person similar with black Adam. They need to stop white washing characters
Hawkman is a complicated character. He has died and been reincarnated many times, as many different beings (human and alien). The representation of this statue is Carter Hall, who is a white American archaeologist.
@BmuthaReviews Thank you like I said I don't know the character that well. The thought I had was If he is a Egyptian origin, it would make sense for him to cross over into Black Adam's world. I guess I just wish d c would do a better job of incorporating and integrating their characters to some degree.

Ha ha...I believe that is called a "treasure trail", and I don't find that it stands out too much.

I discounted it but it actually looks awesome. A pity the pose is similar to the 1/4 Archangel as I cam collecting the Xmen line also.
Yes, very similar poses...I am not yet convinced about XM's Archangel...we'll see how it looks after they paint it.
PO'd this soon after it was realeased. Will be adding him to my JLA display along with the 1/6 scale tweeterhead JLA maquette line :0).
He will look great with the rest, no doubt.

Yes, I got mine a few months ago. It had a few fitment issues that I needed to fix, but overall turned out very nice.
Right when I thought I was done collecting 1/6 scale statues...they try to pull me back in. 😆
