I remember the days when my child was an infant and I shut out the word for a little while and just enjoyed loving her. Intoxicating is the best way I can describe it. I live in San Diego and have been watching our own sweet Bai Yun with her newest little boy, and this video showed up in my side bar after watching one of Bai with her cubbie. What a wonderful mama Lun Lun is! I've loved watching her with Po for the past couple of years as well.

Everytime I've watched this video it always makes me cry..so touching. I'm sad that Po was weaned but glad that she has two new precious cubbies to take care of now =)
Puddy: there are lots of panna videos and a great many talented folks that make them. But this by far is one of the best I've seen. You are so very talented but you also show such my love in each video you make. I watched through my tears as Lun gently held and cuddled her precious baby boy and he so lovingly snuggled up against her. Thank you for each beautiful moment and the wonderful music. Hi Joanne. You are so right. There was a time when zoos were cruel and unnatural. But thank goodness, humans have learned to be more compassionate and aware of the animal's needs, to allow them to live a safe, content, life. I wish I was allowed more space but I'm not so I will just say thank you for your keen insight and taking the time to educate people.

You're exactly right OneManHaZe. I'm so glad you did your homework before commenting. :-) Many do not. In all the zoo's that I'm familiar with, all the panda's have several areas to roam around and one of those is an outside enclosure. They are very well cared for and in fact, spoiled. LOL. They have climbing structures and even hammocks to relax in. They are fun to watch live on the cams and anyone can see them if they chose to do so. Thank you for your comment OneManHaZe.

Hi Noelle, I wanted you to know the pandas are very comfortable and well taken care of. The video is taken in the birthing den. This is meant to be free of clutter, outside of the nesting material, to keep the baby from being poked or jabbed by any foreign objects. The mother has access to several enclosures inside, in addition to an outside yard. This small area you see is just the area she has chosen to care for her young. Thank you for watching and also your concern.
Susan...this is just the birthing den. The mother has freedom to access other rooms in addition to an outside enclosure. But yes, ideally, it would be wonderful if all animals had their own natural habitat and could roam around freely. Thank you for your comment and I'm glad you enjoyed the video. :-)
