No, it’s not Xi Lan, it’s Po, a female originally mistaken as male, born November 3, 2010. Xi Lan is an older brother born August 30, 2008. Robin Roberts did say in the beginning of the video that the “baby panda was born back in November,” meaning November of 2010.
