Best hiking socks: what materials to choose?

I tested five different socks on the West Highland Way. It's not about the brand but about the composition of the socks. cotton, Lyocell, and Wool (18%, 52%, 70%)

try some socks spun from vortex or air jet yarn, it's supposed to dry out faster
