A lot of experts on here who think they know how to it better. Sometimes you just have to do what you think is best for the conditions at the time soil types, wet or dry, slope 'etc' with the machine you are using. Its been mentioned that it will wash out if not compacted from my experience that depends on the soil type for example sandy soils such as granite or sandstone it will still erode away to some extent doesnt matter how much it is compacted if its a mixture of cloddy type topsoil and subsoil with organic matter mixed in just just a quick trackroll with dozer usually works fine. Rocky material usually not to many problems. One thing that is important is not driving on the track or road straight after the first lot of rain on it let it dry out and settle first this is not allways possible though. Just my thoughts.

Nice dozer. Try dropping the blade and press down just a little and then back up it will make it real smooth and will compress the soil. Grate leveling job you're doing.... I could only dream of having a large dozer like that. Thanks for the video.
Yes it smoothes them out but they’re now a lot softer and ruts will quickly form again with traffic. Add a roller/compactor after the dozer and the road would last 10X as long.
He has a great eye and knows where to put the grade. Great operator. Nice job. It's must be a big place. he's been working on this for months. Machine will be worn out when he's done. LOL Cheers

Что изменилось, так это то, что дорога теперь ровная, и вы можете использовать автомобиль или мотоцикл для перевозки урожая местных фермеров. Спасибо за комментарии

Not a bad operator, just needs 6 way blade. I assume he was trying to ditch and crown, hard to do with that blade. Good dirt though, well, easy dirt, everything is relative.

It hardens and makes the roads last much much longer
