It’s fascinating to see how technology like the CAT D6R XL is revolutionizing construction. The speed at which roads can be built could really help in areas that need infrastructure improvements. However, I wonder about the quality of the roads built so quickly. Are they as durable as those constructed using traditional methods? It raises an important question about whether speed should take precedence over quality in construction. What do you all think-should we prioritize fast builds, or should we focus on building roads that last?
No rock. The road was pre existing and in the jungle. He is just clearing a years overgrowth. You can tell. He is not removing trees or grading slopes. Just about any tractor could do this in the soft clay. Dont get me wrong, a D6 is a nice machine. A little one.
What do these rent out per hr work in your country? This is soft clay with little soil strength that is prone to erosion issues, and carves easily like wax..
What is a solution to keep grass from growing and dirt turning to mud during rainy season. Cement, small stones, bricks. Just curious as I have a small property in Costa Rica that needs a road cut like this.
GGOD POINT!! TOO CLOSE TO THE BARANKA/ THE OVER NEAR THE ROAD/ WOULDNT HOLD!!😢ONE SIDE FLAT/ THE OTHER/ NOT EVEN!!!😮 LIJE TGE ROADS THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY BUILDING/ ROAD SURFACING!! DRAINAGE FIRST/ BEFORE YOU BUILD!!😮

No it cant. It can clear a roadbed in minutes but to become a road that cleared roadbed needs to be compacted THEN base rock needs to be brought in & spread and compacted again. THEN you got a road. The road can be used as is OR blacktop can be added for higher weights & longevity. !
Thanks!
I find these videos more enjoying, satisfying than the camping in the rain videos !!! At least something is being done !!!
Good
Same here. Camping,fooding,travelling now worse
That road has gone bananas.
Nice D6! Imagine what a D9 could do!
Nice operation, very slow and smooth. Good work!
Good video
What a miracle…
Is toch echt wel een weg maken wat deze dozer driver doet met een sterke en pracht dozer , mooi vak werk . ❤
Video good
Make you own road without permit is the best❤ good job guys. Cheers 🍻
I have a feeling the first heavy rain will turn that "road" into a new river gully.
Love video
Farming life is so easy when we have a bulldozer
The best video
That thing is in great shape. Sounds awesome!!!
They aren’t building a road. They are clearing an already built road
Yes I noticed that too
Because irs an old road
I agree also
What?
😂😂😂😂😂don't matter shut up n watch that dozer work...it was a pathway
Clearing the forest to build a new road...nice project...😊😊😊
Not a New road he is cleaning up an existing overgrown track
Watching this baked is super relaxing !😅
Even better at 2x😂
@@Takeithome345 baked? Is this the cooking channel?
now thats a big daddy bulldozer.
Not quite the "big daddy". A D6R W/o a ripper runs out at about 40,000 lbs while a D11R is around 225,000 lbs.
Certainly a nice piece! Perfect size for this application.
That guys a brilliant operator.
Existing road, con,
This guy is good ! Darn good !
looks like a old road tome that's why it's so easy most of it already done
More commonly known as rehabilitating
dozer CAT is so good
Hes a good operator, its very easy to over excavated in those conditions
Top notch videos!
Thank you 🙏 for sharing ☝️what a beautiful place full green 🌳🌴🌴 and different kind of dozer too 👋☮️
Amazing view
@ 👍
There is virtually no smoke coming out of that diesel.
THE ENGINE IS IN PERFECT OPERATING CONDITION THATS WHY NO WHITE OR BLACK SMOKE GOINGBOUT OF THE EXHAUST
Equipment is impressive
Excellent 👍👃💐
Thanks
Good stuff here, I wish there was an aerial view, like with a drone to see his progress start to finish, maybe next time?
Oddly satisfying to watch
That ain't a "road", ... that's a "PATH" through the jungle! 😱😁😝🤪🤣👍👍🇺🇸
Define Raod
Lol😂
so effective
Simplemente esta limpiando una via que se cubrio de monte,,, mas no la está construyendo. 😮😮😮
Beast mode❤
One medium scale rain, this path will be impassable.
Very good Sir. 😊🇺🇸🇺🇸
Good video
Wow...road widening...😊😊😊
Relaxing 😌 😊🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤
Looks more like cleanup of an older track, which as noted below, works until the monsoons return. Banana plantation??
Very nice
I don't know if this is good dirt or bad dirt but is definitely better dirt then the rocky crap i have on my 50 acres.
Looks like heavy clay, maybe from a previous hillside land slip. Always on the move..
розы ну
Almost 60 years ago we were doing the same thing with d6 dozers in Vietnam 20 th engineer brigade
What were you doing there so far from home? Exporting democracy by knifing women and children? Just like you built America by killing the natives?
Bulldozer is the best for road cutting
would love to have one of these for Christmas... especially an EV version
An EV version would not last long nor accomplish very much.

Exactly what I thought. Clearing out a road. Not building one.
Thanks

The rain is nice too.
E a natureza que Deus fez
Wow, fast.
This is really amazing to watch am enjoying every minute of it
Eu não vou ficar vendo mais uma barbaridade desta ,eles estão acabando com a Mata
I don't see a road being built. I see a path being cleared.
That road is only good til it rains😂🤣😂
Yip, no roadbuilding, just clearing an overgrown old road.. heheheheh😊
in the improvement of roads you must be guided wth horizontal and vertical alignments..
Word "road" used pretty freely as it's more like a path on mud.
He isnt making a road. He is clearing out a very overgrown road.
Good work 👍

Where did the road lead to?
Drug Cartel Headquarters......😊
This road goes all the way from one end, to the other.
@ I guess they’ll need to build an EV charging station halfway along pretty soon..
@@petermcgreevy6386 no drug cartel in indonesia
Se ve que son buenas tierras fertiles
He needs to make water breaks on the down hills.
Preparing the road for the next episode THE MOST DANGEROUS ROADS 🚙🚙🚙
Both new and old road
where is this?
The snakes are pissed!
Looks good until the monsoons come.

I can't believe they didn't see the giant gold nugget! he pushed it into the ravine.

They clear a path, that’s all.
A “road” requires other stuff other than dirt.
they are cutting a brand new road
Highly experienced dozer operator. I am an operator of a D8R at DMPI.
Isso aí que leva Riqueza para Cidade grande os Pessoal que planta eles leva as Coisas para Vender na Cidade e movimenta a Economia da Cidade ok
Hoping that this new road is for the farmers them that have no road to take their ground provision from their reaping field
Clearing and grubbing also some earthworks being done then proper road pavement works
It’s just an old overgrown rd
They just ran over the cure for cancer 😢
It's just a old road bed. 1 hard ran and it would be a great mud bog
Where is this located?
indonesia
👍👍👍👍👍👍
Looks like around my home in Costa Rica?
So when it rains it will become a mud bath
to be fair he is just cleaning up an overgrown road, its already in, he is just scraping it clean .. but yea they do the job
This is nothing. That's an existing road that's just grown-over with brush. That's as difficult as sweeping the floor for a dozer.
Mantap bro hajar terus
Must be tough building a road when there is no stone or crushed stone for 300 miles in any direction
That’s just a previously graded road getting a clean up
Where is it?
It looks like Indonesia or Malaysia….just a guess
No it cant. It can clear a roadbed in minutes but to become a road that cleared roadbed needs to be compacted THEN base rock needs to be brought in & spread and compacted again. THEN you got a road. The road can be used as is OR blacktop can be added for higher weights & longevity.
!
I think the top big toys that would be the must fun to operate is dozers, excavators, cranes, front loaders, and the massive mine dump trucks.
dirt track!
They make clearing then built access road in banana orchard 😁
Ijinkan bersilaturahmi bang 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Mantap bang pengerjaan proyek jalan menggunakan alat berat joooossss 👍👍👍👍
Thanks
@@bulldozeradventure 💪💪💪👍👍👍
Looks to me that's a road that just is over grown
I was expecting the road to be actually paved , not just graded. No big deal to drive through the jungle with a bulldozer lol...
You need an excavator to finish off the slopes and dig up water trenches, or you are going to have a land slide on that road in a month.
Para construir una via nueva se necesita mas que un solo tractor,,,, una motoniveladora y una vibradora por lo menos,, si es solo de tierra.
저 곳의 땅은 흙에 돌이 전혀 없어 아주 좋네요.
Sri lanka ?
Pretty impressive!
I wonder what the animals that were displaced have to say?
None
The animals were not interviewed for this video because they didn't care. 😂
The soil looks so fertile
Look like Guyana dry weather road.
