The strange words Cunoesse uses are all Finnish. I don't know why the devs decided to make the evil loudmouthed gremlin kid Finnish but as a Finn I find it amusing
The good folk of Estonia or Inkerinmaa in general have had friendly neighboroughly jokes about Finns for centuries. It's also 1-up kind of thing. They can't let Finns succeed at commerce or fine arts better than Estonians. (Competition between Turku and Tallinn or then called Reval from which Revachol gets its name from.)
In DE they specifically say Cunoesse comes from the woods (=Old Finland devoid of any real civilization, backwaters land) making her a "Poro" (Reindeer) the only thing able to live that far up north. It was common to call every Finn a poro in the 90's.

Getting Cop of the Apocalypse, which ends with "We all become vapour" so close after hearing the phrase from the Paledriver is some good shit. Now that I think of it, quite a bit of choice-based thoughts in the game are written in such a way that, no matter when you get them, they somehow manage to fit with what is currently going on.
It would be a good idea to play again once you finish, with high Intallect as the gameplay may change significantly. For example you would get a story of that actress from the poster in the lorry, even how she died.
I'm interested in replaying it after I'm done, maybe with all my stats at zero to see how bad it can get 😆
