Another great video. Quality is getting better too. The music and content went well together. Keep em coming. Love seeing the Cruz out in its element. 🤘
I noticed you have the NA , how is it driving off road and big hills ? Any difficulty? , was looking at some vehicles , some turbos are a little pricy so was wondering if a NA would be good. I plan on just doing light stuff, trails , camping mountains ,
So I bought the NA on purpose for off road and overlanding. I did a lot of research on the DCT. And found the that the 8speed trans is way better at off roading the DCT tends to get hotter sooner. And it's more suited towards get up amd go. Vs consistent gear changes and inclines. Hope it helps!
So I actully dropped a rim size to get more sidewall in the tire, better for off road. You can definitely throw a bigger tire on a stock rim no problem, along as it's the right size. If you want 31" like me, aftermarket rims are you best bet. Check out the video in the Santacruz stuff Playlist for more info.
@@AdventureGT awesome thank you for the reply I plan on doing a 2 inch lift soon and was going to try and save some money with stock wheels but it’s looking like it’s better to just bite the bullet and buy aftermarket wheels to get the fitment I want. I appreciate it!

Also performed great in the hills, and mountains fully loaded with gear
what do you think is the best way to set up tent door drivers side or pass side i seen you do both
I think we personally like it on the drivers side. Easier for me to get lined up when I can kinda imagine where the feet should come out.
Did you have to do aftermarket wheels to get the bigger tires to fit?
