A tribute to native Americans in 1939 is crazy, i mean at that point they wouldn't even be allowed to serve in that unit
Edit: surprisingly no information about this, i had to look into native culture to even find out what it actually was because every source references to is as a "swastika". Navajo called it a "whirling log"

I am an Anthropology major. The Swastika is what is called a "sun wheel" in many cultures and is absolutely positive in it's meaning. The Nazis usurped it and tilted it sideways.
Amusing story- when I was a little kid, my grandmother had an old collection of Rudyard Kipling, who spent a long time in India. At the preface, he signed his name with a Swaztika. As my dad is Jewish, I ran to my grandmother yelling that Kipling was a Nazi and I wouldn't read him anymore! My grandmother calmed me down and carefully explained that in India, it was just a good luck sign and that the Nazis had stolen. I calmed down and finished reading the series.

      All devil worship.
The swastika is a variation of the star of Remphan(satan). All faiths that use a variation of this star are revealing who they truly worship, even if they claim to worship the True Living God. It is not The Almighty God that they serve. The star of David, the Seal of Solomon, the Rastafari star, the Rub-el-Hizb, the Kolob, the Swastika, the Pentagram, the star on the popes miter, the Tara, the Kagome Crest, the star of Moloch, the star of Baal, the masonic star/seal, the illuminati star, all paganasim/all devil(satan)worship. Leave paganism. Stop worshiping the devil and his angels(demons). Get to know and accept Christ, The Creator.
The devil and his angels are enemies of Christ, and all who follow and worship them are also enemies of Christ.
Christ will return to bring the Wrath of God, the Father, and will judge the nations with a Rod of Iron. Who can stand it? Who can hide from His face? No one, not in life, not in death will you be able to hide from God/Christ.

It CAN be a symbol of hate if it’s facing right and rotated 45° and the symbol is black, on top of a white circle, and the circle with symbol on top of a red rectangle. Other uses aren’t really racist, such as in Hinduism, and Buddhism. The symbol is banned in Germany after their war crimes committed by the National Socialist Party ( or nazi party ) led by Hitler. The symbol in Germany is only used for historical purposes, but we aren’t in Germany, but it still mocks them to show them their symbol. What the native Americans are doing isn’t hate, but a sign of their religion. (If you didn’t read the full thing then you won’t get the point.)

Prior to the rise of the National Socialists, a book was published in Germany titled,”Judische Flieger Im Weltkrieg” (Jewish Flyers in the World War). The Swastika town was renamed Winston but the residents took it down, put back the old townname and added a message reading "To hell with Hitler, we came up with our name first!" That's not the only time people trashed on the Nazis for their misuse of the Swastika, there's was a drug company called Swastika even have the symbol as their logo, later on, they put a message on their packaging reading "Hitler be damned, this is our sign since 1922" of course we have the original meaning of the Swastika that people are fighting for and the only way people can tell the difference is by using websites like Wikipedia.

It was used thousands of years ago by the Aryans of the Steppe, during their expansion into Europe, Iran, and India, the symbol came with them. And Buddhism, coming from Hinduism, adopted the symbol seamlessly. Hitler wasn't entirely wrong about Aryan history, just his application of it, the only difference is that because of him, in the West they changed the name from Aryan to Indo-European. The original tribe being called something like Heryos. Iran literally means land if the Aryans and Aryan still being used in India today denoting their upper cast, also meaning noble. The symbol was used across Europe for thousands of years, it is a part if our heritage and ancient culture. Even Jews in the Levant were known to use it. Often it's thought to have been derived from the symbol of the sun or solar cross/wheel, and is generally the same in North America

This 45° turned without 4 Points, is not Swastik. It is Hakencruz which inspired Hitler's cross. which have its roots is Christianity not in dharmic traditions (hinduism, Buddhism, jainism)
And all so for your kind information Hitler never call it swastik he always referred it as hakencruz and even that time British media all so call it hooked cross and Hitler's ideology as new Christianity even in early Christian time Christians r using hooked cross instead of Latin cross ✝️ because of the fear of prosecution
Even the European historian confirmed it in Greek they call it gammadion. In 1940's Hitler's biography was rewritten in English by a Christian priest name james murphy who replaced the word hooked cross with swastik and this translation is the most popular one
And coming to the different names of this symbol any logical person who has a understanding of sanskrit can clearly see the world swastik doesn't represent the physical structure of the symbol and on the other hand the names which are used in Europe clearly represent the physical structure of the symbol like hooked cross (cross made with hooke) gammadion (cross made with gamma)
And also hooked cross can be found in Vatican city, medieval church pottery in ancient city of Troy etc.

The word "swastika" is a Sanskrit word. Sanskrit is an Indo-European language probably brought to southwest Asia by the Aryan people who migrated south from the Pontic Steppe (current day Ukraine/southwest Russia) several thousand years ago. German, spoken by Nazis of the 1930s and 1940s, is also an Indo-European language and thus related to Sanskrit. Native Americans are from state of Kerala in India. Their King was Mahabali. He migrated from Kerala to exactly reverse side of the earth after donating India to Lord Vishnu. This is how native Americans are connected to India as per Indian mythology. Every year Dipavali is occasion where Mahabali is invited with lamps in the night and this is how we follow this mythology (it is a belief). Surprisingly some Latinos and natives look like Indians even today.

Please do not use word "Mythology" for Ancient Hindu History.

Don't even. So what you are basically saying is that the origin of man came from India using your religious beliefs? NO. You could've taken the scientific approach. There is more likelihood we all originated what is now today to be Africa and migrated outwards. The continents used to be stuck together to form what could be called Pangea. Notice how Africa and South America seem to fit along the Atlantic Ocean.

Yes . I said mythology only. I didn't say scientific journal. This a harmless myth and our faith. But what is interesting is to observe that there is a concept of another side of this earth in the folklore, plus coincidently some native Indians or Mexicans looking similar to some of us.. these things are for someone to research. I don't have 💰. But for some social or genealogy scientist it could be one area for study provided it is done with open mind and unbiased curiosity..

It's an ancient symbol going back many thousands of years before Germany itself existed. In our case, proto-Indo-European culture (6,000+ years ago), but it was also found in tribal areas in North America, it's used in Japanese culture, and so on.

The swastika is an ancient symbol that has been used in many cultures, including:
Origin--- The word swastika comes from the Sanskrit svastika, which means “good fortune” or “well-being." The motif (a hooked cross) appears to have first been used in Eurasia, as early as 7000 years ago, perhaps representing the movement of the sun through the sky.
To this day, it is a sacred symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Odinism. It is a common sight on temples or houses in India or Indonesia. Swastikas also have an ancient history in Europe, appearing on artifacts from pre-Christian European cultures.
The swastika has been associated with good fortune in almost every culture. It's a sacred symbol in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Odinism, and is often seen on temples and houses in India and Indonesia...

The Hitler Nazi Symbol is a Hooked Christian Cross named as Hakenkreuz. Please do not associate it with Swastika or Swastik which is a very sacred symbol across Indian Subcontinent and South and East Asia. It has its significance in Hinduism, Jainism, Sikhism, Buddhism. In cultures of Japan, Korea and China also.
