Before 1939, the US Army's 45th division's symbol was a red square with a yellow swastika, a tribute to the large Native American population in the southwestern United States.
As a result of the Nazi grabbing it as their symbol the 45th changed its symbol to the Thunderbird. It is amazing how willfully ignorant we Americans can be.

I am an Anthropology major. The Swastika is what is called a "sun wheel" in many cultures and is absolutely positive in it's meaning. The Nazis usurped it and tilted it sideways. Amusing story- when I was a little kid, my grandmother had an old collection of Rudyard Kipling, who spent a long time in India. At the preface, he signed his name with a Swaztika. As my dad is Jewish, I ran to my grandmother yelling that Kipling was a Nazi and I wouldn't read him anymore! The Swastika town was renamed Winston but the residents took it down, put back the old townname and added a message reading "To hell with Hitler, we came up with our name first!" That's not the only time people trashed on the Nazis for their misuse of the Swastika, there's was a drug company called Swastika even have the symbol as their logo, later on, they put a message on their packaging reading "Hitler be damned, this is our sign since 1922" of course we have the original meaning of the Swastika that people are fighting for and the only way people can tell the difference is by using websites like Wikipedia.

The Owner of Memphis house is correct tho, The Hakenkreuz is Tilted while Swastika is not

That is literally not correct. Tilted, right or left facing, and without the four dots... All are still symbols found within dharmic culture.

Yeah, it’s found in all orientations across Eurasia & America.
The Masons know and used it. The whole organization is a study of Indo-Europeans and the cultures they touched. Call it what you want.
hitlers usage of the swastika wasnt limited to it being tilted, there were photos in the video showing it both tilted and not tilted at the same time after all
It was used thousands of years ago by the Aryans of the Steppe, during their expansion into Europe, Iran, and India, the symbol came with them. And Buddhism, coming from Hinduism, adopted the symbol seamlessly. Hitler wasn't entirely wrong about Aryan history, just his application of it, the only difference is that because of him, in the West they changed the name from Aryan to Indo-European. The original tribe being called something like Heryos. Iran literally means land if the Aryans and Aryan still being used in India today denoting their upper cast, also meaning noble. The symbol was used across Europe for thousands of years, it is a part if our heritage and ancient culture. Even Jews in the Levant were known to use it. Often it's thought to have been derived from the symbol of the sun or solar cross/wheel, and is generally the same in North America
So it's ' we're using the logo way before the moustache guy existed. '

That's not the answer I expected. I would have thought it had something to do with Germans settling in Texas, way back when, before WW II. When was the home with the Swastikas built? Before WW II, or after. It looks modern.

Hinduism comes from the Aryan invasion of northern India.
This symbol is actually a very positive symbol in Indo-European cultures all over the world in Vedic Religions like Buddhism And Hinduism It's a symbol for good luck and prosperity The Japanese actually used it in one of their samurai clans The norse also used this symbol so did the Slavic people
This 45° turned without 4 Points, is not Swastik. It is Hakencruz which inspired Hitler's cross. which have its roots is Christianity not in dharmic traditions (hinduism, Buddhism, jainism)
And all so for your kind information Hitler never call it swastik he always referred it as hakencruz and even that time British media all so call it hooked cross and Hitler's ideology as new Christianity even in early Christian time Christians r using hooked cross instead of Latin cross ✝️ because of the fear of prosecution
Even the European historian confirmed it in Greek they call it gammadion. In 1940's Hitler's biography was rewritten in English by a Christian priest name james murphy who replaced the word hooked cross with swastik and this translation is the most popular one
And coming to the different names of this symbol any logical person who has a understanding of sanskrit can clearly see the world swastik doesn't represent the physical structure of the symbol and on the other hand the names which are used in Europe clearly represent the physical structure of the symbol like hooked cross (cross made with hooke) gammadion (cross made with gamma)
And also hooked cross can be found in Vatican city, medieval church pottery in ancient city of Troy etc.
Yes you are right
This is a bit erroneous. Tilted and without dots, as well as both right and left facing, is found within dharmic culture. I say this as a sadhaka myself

Stop maligning my Swastika by using it's name with Hitler. (correction below):
*Swastika is not Nazi symbol*
Hitler's symbol was *Hakenkreuz = Hooked-Cross,* a Christian symbol, *not Swastika.*
.
Church (Christian priest james murphy) translated Hakenkreuz as Swastika to malign it.
I am growing annoyed with myself. I keep forgetting to account for Jainism in the dharmic faiths, no idea why I keep doing that.
That said, the symbol has been used globally by many, many cultures, only one group of stinkers used it as a national symbol for their unpleasantness. The rest used it entirely in positive connotations.
Might be a coincidence don't freak out , the symbol itself originates from Sanskrit, where "svastika" means "good fortune" or "well-being"
Swastika isn't even a german or nazi word, it's sanskrit, that is, Indian. It's obviously not unique to india by any means, but the nazis used it because they thought they were the aryans described in vedic literature. The nazis didn't even use the word swastika
They were so delusional in the 1930's out of desperation for the radical left Antifa liberal progressive movement caused hyperinflation, poverty, homelessness, and many social problems exactly like America is under going. Fun fact: the annual Yearbook of New Mexico State University was called "The Swastika" from 1907 until the PC police came for it in 1983.
The word "swastika" is a Sanskrit word. Sanskrit is an Indo-European language probably brought to southwest Asia by the Aryan people who migrated south from the Pontic Steppe (current day Ukraine/southwest Russia) several thousand years ago. German, spoken by Nazis of the 1930s and 1940s, is also an Indo-European language and thus related to Sanskrit. German's mother language was probably spoken by Yamnaya people who migrated from the Pontic Steppe into central and western Europe.

Don't even. So what you are basically saying is that the origin of man came from India using your religious beliefs? NO. You could've taken the scientific approach. There is more likelihood we all originated what is now today to be Africa and migrated outwards. The continents used to be stuck together to form what could be called Pangea. Notice how Africa and South America seem to fit along the Atlantic Ocean.
