for some reason, both the mechanic elite inside, as well as the heavy elite outside the entrance are dropping the V2 keycard for the lvl 51-60 area, instead of the 41-50 area that is needed to open the door to access the mythical crate. not sure if it has anything to do with player levels, but i am lvl 44 as of writing this comment. I can confirm that for me at least, I went to the 73 source extraction base just SE of this monolith, killed the heavy right inside the entrance, and he dropped me the correct access card.
I have 4 rosetta V2 cards (from the elite of this place) and the door shows that I haven't so I can't get the mystical crate, man I am so pissed right now
